Motel 6

Stayed here on our way back to Va from Ca. Everything else on that strip was fully booked so we had no choice but to stop here.
Everything during check in was great, especially because they are pet friendly and there is no fee.
The room looked cleaned and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable for the most part.
The shower head was horrible. Barely any water came out so what could have been a 8 minute showered turned into 20 – 25 minute showers.
As my sister came out of the shower she took a towel that had small blood spots. I went to check and indeed there were small brown and red bugs on the towels. I have never seen bed bugs but after some research it definitely was that.
We took the towels down to the desk and got a new set. Those appeared clean after throughly checking them. We checked the bedding and sheets and blankets and everything looked free of bugs.
BEWARE there may be bed bugs somewhere inside this place if they are already on the towels and their laundry facility.
We stayed here because my dad was exhausted and already asleep by the time we saw those bugs. Plus it was midnight and 10* outside. Got up at 5am and left, we all left feeling itchy (maybe from bug bites or paranoia that there were bugs in the room)
Also, this is the noisiest motel/​hotel we have ever been in. The people next door were partying till 4am and were blasting music and slamming into the walls.
Most likely not staying here again.
Only stay if your in desperate need of a room and everything else is booked. Also ask for the bottom floors since it appears that the 3^rd floor is the party floor where all the noisy people are placed.

This is over the top for a Motel 6. .. in a GOOD way! Modern room type, clean. .. it even smelled good. Free (pretty fast) Wi-​Fi, microwave and fridge. The AC is central AC, not those noisy under-​window units. There was an LG TV, one of the best brands, and it rotated. If all the Motel 6’s were like this one, they’d put others out of business. BRAVO!

This is our regular stopping point while driving between Phoenix and Wisconsin. We stay the night here consistently because of the customer service. The rooms are always clean, the staff always friendly and accommodating. The nightly rates are better than most, which is why we first came here. Contrary to the advertisement, they don’t leave the light on. It’s always dark when you first open the door.

One of the noisiest motels in which I have ever stayed. Offering the barest amenities, not even shampoo. I would not consider it worth the price.
You can turn the light out, Tom, we won’t be back.

I stayed here with my daughter while moving across the country. I called to see if they had any openings when we were about two hours away. (If you are traveling across the country, pick up one of the motel 6 books that as all locations so you can plan ahead). Reservations were no problem and the guy I spoke with let me know that I could park the moving truck (towing a car) on the side street outside of the motel.
The motel was easy to get to, parking was no problem, and the staff at the front desk was really nice. Our room was super clean and located on the bottom floor near the rear exit. This location was a little noisier than I would have liked because of people going in and out. Although it was non-​smoking you could still smell a lot of smoke, but I think that had more to do with people actually smoking in the hotel and not outside. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and we actually slept pretty good.
There are restaurants within walking distance so we were able to grab some food, no problem. My daughter still talks about the place we went to (I don’t remember the name but it begins with a B and the sign is a big ice cream cone).
If I was ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here but I’d ask to not be on the bottom floor.

Room was clean and comfortable. The price was also moderately priced. The motel is also within walking distance to food places, which made it easy for us travelling/​moving across country. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. Would reccommend this to anyone who needs to stop travelling for a night. Free wi fi too! Would have given 5 stars if the TV was a flatscreen, and the shampoo was not in a little packet.

Nice Motel 6; room felt like it was recently renovated, especially the bathroom.

–Shower had good pressure
–AAA discount, but still a little expensive for a «budget» motel (about $ 75 out the door w/​discount)
–Professional, friendly staff
Would stay here again. We didn’t go to the breakfast so can’t rate it. Wifi was free and had no issues.

Clean room, good price.60 bucks and best of all chris at the front desk was great.

My daughter stayed there last night and said it was clean and that she will stay there again when she drives back home, unless she finds something else that is close in price that includes a breakfast. This one did not have a breakfast but there was a restaurant close by. It does have a pool. The bed was not luxurious but was fine for the price.
