Horrible service! Rude. Denied a customer the right to play $ 30 worth of lottery tickets(with cash) because it was too much to play and he was busy In the store(will only 2 customers behind her). You should always be careful if how you treat customers because now there is a case. It is against the law to deny anyone the right to spend money especially when your store is authorized to play ca lottery. Customer service is imperative. Oh well — maybe this owner will think twice when it comes to taking care if customers– but then again– TOOLATE! Oh and how do I know all of this? Because it’s my client her husband is a retired police officer and her best friend is a lawyer:) go figure.

It’s a 7-Eleven. Note: they don’t have a bathroom so don’t buy something thinking you’ll be able to use the bathroom. I enjoy that this place is a really convenient stop before hitting the beach. They have everything you would need: junk food, charcoal, drinks. If you’re looking for anything other than what 7-eleven normally offers at this 7-eleven…go to Famima.

We live a couple miles down the street and loathe the fact that when we need some grocery items quick we can’t go here… why? Because even a few seconds inside of this place and your clothing, hair, whole body reek like smoke. So unless you want to do laundry and shower as soon as you get home stay away!

I have been coming to this 7⁄11 for almost 15 years. There is nothing to special about this 7⁄11 other than it is conveniently located at the end of the 105 Freeway on Imperial Highway. This 7⁄11 is on the way to the Beach & to the El Segundo Dog Park. I do dig that there is a Dog Park right up the hill and when on our way to the Dog Park we can pick up bottled water for our dog or for ourselves without having to make a separate road trip to a grocery store. When I come here, I come here for basically 2 things to play the Lottery and/or pick-up bottled water. The employees here seem to be nice but I have not had that much interaction with them other than paying and leaving. This 7⁄11 seems clean but just like any other 7⁄11 I would never dare eat anything out of one. If you are hungry there are several restaurants literally right across the street. The one major drawback I have about this 7⁄11 is the parking situation. The parking lot has a clearly marked entrance & exit which no one abides by which causes an absolute quagmire of a situation when you are either trying to find a space or pull out of one. I have come to learn over the years to never hit this place during lunch hours because that parking quagmire is only amplified by a lunch crowd. I will continue coming to this 7⁄11 from time to time. If you are a visitor and heading to the Beach and are stopping here remember to use that plastic bag 7⁄11 gave you to bag up your trash and take it with you. KEEPOUROCEANSCLEAN&BLUE, BETHEGOOD!!!

HAHAHAHA!!! i just had to give this place 5 stars after seeing all the other 1 star reviews. c’mon man! i don’t have to mention the fact that it’s a convenience store that’s open 24hrs.(wait, i just did). what exactly are the expectations? yes, the parking IN the lot is nuts, one way in/out. but, you can find parking on the side street off little Imperial. lots of foot traffic from locals here, mostly kids though. it’s also true about airport personnell traffic. they do come through here alot. and yes, the summers are populated by shady individuals coming from the inner city. but, the rest of the year, the shady individuals are from the southbay. this 711 is well stocked and clean. the staff are standoffish and do not exactly offer sunshine to my otherwise dreary days. but, they can count and scan. Done. the«hot» food items have never done me wrong. the dairy has never done me wrong. the fact they have laundry detergent, albeit overpriced, at 1130p is a lifesaver. best of all, this 711 is at the far end of El Segundo. all the negatives accumulate relatively far from the majority of the residential areas. oh, and there is Redbox outside!!!

Convenient location, inconvenient store. Dingy and they don’t do cash back at the register. Avoid if possible.

I love El Segundo, but I have to be honest.. .. If El Segundo had a butthole, it would be at this location. Eh, the staff is so-so. So they aren’t friendly, but do you really expect«service with a smile» at any 7 Eleven? Exactly. It’s a mid size store, they got beer, food, so I have no complaints there. However, I have to bring up three things that make this 7 Eleven pretty bad. 1. There are barely any parking spaces, the parking is tight, and the driving space there is even tighter. Good luck on pulling in and parking right away. There are usually cars waiting to park, trying to leave but are blocked in, and cars entering or exiting on the wrong side(you’ll know what I mean when you get there). 2. It attracts some shady and grimy characters. Why? Well, the airport is right there, so a lot of their workers will frequent this location as well as the little plaza across the street. 3. THISISTHEWORSTONEOFALL. Especially during the summer, or any time that the weather is nice for beach going, all the shady types from«the hood» pour out of the 105 Freeway and congregate at that spot. Yes, it’s probably the only moments that El Segundo loses its status as a nice community. My friend had his stuff stolen out of his car during one of those summer days. The El Segundo Police are usually on top of any«riff-raff,» but they do get overwhelmed when this happens. Not a fan.

The worst 7-eleven around. Very small selection of drinks, high prices, and extremely unfriendly staff.
