I was driving down a side street in El Segundo when out of the corner of my eye I saw a small shop displaying a sign saying ‘SALE.’ The small store was an Art Studio and the Art Studio was all hand sculpted sea life.
I stopped and got out of my car and walked in. I met the Manager of the Art Studio who advised me that the artist was in the back working. I explained how I was very much into art and had works on display at a local Coffee shop.
The manager showed me around and explained how Donjo the artist was the only authorized dealer to hand craft designs of WINTER from Dolphin Tale the movie.
There were plenty of different pieces to choose from. The artist had hand crafted various Seal, Shark, Dolphin & Sea Turtle designs in copper and glass all of which were very colorful.
The works of art were only about $ 60 dollars and the artist had a lot of work on sale.
I will definitely bring friends back to check this place out, it was very cool and Donjo is definitely being the good.
