I used this service because it was on my Amex corporate travel site. An hourly trip for 3 hours estimated to cost $ 180 ballooned to over $ 450 after they added the time it took to the car to get to me and the time it took the car to get back to the garage. Essentially, I ended up paying for an additional 2 hours on top of a $ 62 Admin fee for fleet maintenance. I have used numerous limo services and never experienced the padding of charges that I have encountered with this company. I will NEVER use this service again. I wish there was a way to give a negative star.

I recently used Empire CLS to take me to LAX and pick me up upon my return. Clean cars, very efficient, and arrived early in both cases… that means no rush and no waiting. Drivers were nice and friendly, but give you your space and don’t try to have a chatty conversation with you.

i use empirecls for any trip that my company doesn’t mandate another car service. the difference is clear – the level of professionalism is 5x the competition for 25% more in price. the drivers are well-trained, pleasant, and prompt. the cars are spotless and in amazing condition.

Empire Limo is awesome!!! When I recently left a bag in the back seat of the car the driver called me, circled back — through LAX traffic — and delivered my bag to me curbside! Great customer service.

Got the number from AmEx Platinume concierge services and decided to give them a call. Needed a car that seats 4 comfortably in the back. Got a what do you want a limo or an SUV? Umm… i dont care, just something thats seats four in the back. I also added that I was a little tired as I had working on this for two days. Shocking response back, «Well, I’ve been at this all day too.» I hung up. Really AmEx, thats the best you got for me??? I mean, I directly called the concierge services AmEx line for booking. The one used for Platinum and Centurion card holders. Did I miss something? Isn’t that her only job, to find me a car I want, sans attitude. seriously disappointed.
