I hired Brian to do some updating in my bathroom and install some ceiling fans. Brian responded and scheduled time to meet for a quote immediately and within a few days his crew had started on the job. As is often the case the «simple» 2 day job turned into 4 days. However Brian kept to his contracted quote which was very reasonable for the work that was done. He also provided suggestions on ways to accomplish some other updates at a reasonable price. His crew was neat and courteous and paid attention to all details. I am keeping Brian’s contact info handy for the next job.

I hired Brian for a corner tub replacement/​whirpool upgrade. His team did an excellent job! Although the job itself only took a day, he was willing to come out several times for no extra charge. I was a bit paranoid about buying the correct tub for the space, and he was able to be on hand to confirm dimensions when I purchased the replacement tub. Also, his whole team was ready to go when the replacement tub that I ordered arrived… only for us all to find out that the tub had been damaged during the freight delivery. So I’m sure that was disappointing for his team since a day of scheduled work had to be cancelled, but they were very cool about it and we rescheduled for about a week later when I got another tub delivered. They did a great job and also cleaned up after finishing. Very highly recommended.

I’ve hired Brian to do several projects and he and his team are excellent ! He explains in detail everything that is needed for the project and his attention to detail is amazing. I’m not too literate in home improvement and he has great patience and held my hand many times. He’s punctual, reasonably priced, and does great work !

We’ve used Kohler Construction many times for projects not only at our house but also as a referral source. Being in Real Estate myself it can be difficult to find good contractors that you can depend on to get the job done and do it right. Brian demonstrates great vision for his projects and above all he has integrity, if he says he’s going to do something he makes it happen. He is also very reasonably priced for the quality of work he produces. 5 stars for Brian and his team and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve hired Brian Kohler of Kohler Construction several times over the past few years for projects around my house and I keep going back to him because he does amazing work! He’s passionate about what he does, listens, and also offers suggestions on how to improve a space for the better. His attention to detail is on point, he’s a great electrician, and an overall amazing contractor. He also goes above and beyond to make sure the space is cleaned up after too – which is one of the most important parts for me :)
