Lost the keys to my work truck. Called every Locksmith in town(we live in San Pedro and I just google mapped it) and their response was maybe tomorrow afternoon at the earliest. Finally called Ray’s in Torrance(you see how my search radius widened). Henry was super helpful and able to fit us into his busy schedule because he understood we needed it done and he’s just an all around solid guy from what I can tell. Can’t say enough good things about this company. His price was $ 100 less than what our AAA approved guy tried to charge us and he was in and out of here in 15 minutes(older truck no chip). Turns out they’ve been in business since the mid 70’s and it’s Henry’s dad that started it. There’s a reason businesses stay around that long and Ray’s Key and Lock exemplifies it :) If you’re looking for a quality shop with great customer service you’re in the right place! Thanks guys!

I called the night before to schedule an appointment for my mother for her faulty front door. She has one of those vintage mortise lock mechanisms that are super hard to replace and she was worried she would have to change it and get one of the current lock styles(which she hates lol). Henry was able to squeeze my mom in the next day and was super pleasant, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!
