I love that this cafeteria has so many food choices. I was thrilled to see that they offered grilled tilapia and grilled veggies. They even had avocado all of the ingredients that I’m allowed to eat while I’m on a diet. My entire meal was like 9.95. Some say this is a bit high I’d have to agree. But at least they carry items that are healthy to eat. Plus it was fun visiting an aerospace defense facility. That was cool in itself.

Tasteless, horrible boring food in small portions and very expensive cafeteria. Truly a lousy place to eat and get ripped off too.

Horribly overpriced for the quality. Customer service with the cashier needs improvement too!

Ok for a quick bite while at work and if you don’t have time to leave the campus. Fresh made sandwiches are decent… Haven’t really tried anything else. Gave them one extra star for having tater tots :)

They raised prices AGAIN!!! They are also now charging for paper plates. The food is STILL getting worse.

Like most company cafes, this is «hit or miss.» They definitely have more variety than the North Campus café, which is on Boeing’s property. Some items are consistently good; others not so good. I love the grilled breakfast sandwiches(sausage, egg & cheese) and the traditional turkey dinner which is made from real turkey and not the pressed stuff. They have a good make-your-own salad/vegetable bar. Wish they would forego the bell peppers; some of us can’t eat them. A lot of their bakery items look good, but the taste isn’t there. The parfaits are usually really good: vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, cookie crumbs and a dollop of whipped cream – yum.

Apparently there has not been a post since 2010SOOOO i feel obligated to up-date =) The quality in their grilled mahi mahi was absolutely amazing, it shocked me when i took my first bite, bcuz im a big fish eater ^_^ there is also a sandwich area kind of like their very own subway except not, i always get the grilled chicken sandwich on wheat which is awesome to me(build you own sandwiches) they also have this $ 6 salad that you throw a bunch of things into(cheese, chicken or what ever meat is out, cucumbers, carrots ect ect.) it was pretty good though it is a bit pricey. the parfait is something i always get 2.60 or something. friendly staff and everything so i am continuing to have a fairly positive experience =)

I have been working at Raytheon for 5 years now and have tried almost everything in the cafeteria. I have to say that for the most part, everything(gourmet food, pizza, sushi, sandwiches) just looks good but the taste is less than mediocre. However, what I find to be really, really delicious is the breakfast burrito! Seriously, it is amazingly good and very cheap(about $ 3). In fact, I used to eat this everyday during my first year at Raytheon. And the burrito is like«build-your-own-burrito.» First, you tell the cook what kind of meats you like(you get to pick 2) then you can add the sides. For the sides, I usually get the hash browns, seasoned potato, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. The cook will then cook it up for me in less than 5 minutes. Overall, I would give it 4 stars because of the mighty delectable burrito, but since everything else is ok, I am knocking down 1 star.

The South Campus Cafeteria is way better than the North Campus Cafeteria. I usually get the special. This whole month of February is Black History Month. Todays special was curry chicken with your choice of two sides, cabbage, plantains, or cocunut rice I chose the plantains and the rice, I forgot it had cocunut, i am not a big fan… especially in my rum… blah, I am sure that is what makes me sick… that or all the alcohol… Last week I got ribs, which were really good, black eyed peas and collard greens, yum, I miss Aunt Kizzies. I haven’t been to the new location, I liked the old one. So things to watch out for… one of the cashiers everyone warns me against.(3÷5÷2009 her name is Fran, i avoided her the other day and stood in the longer line). She is like a stickler for the rules, like you cannot get a free cup from her, she charges you for everything. I forget her name… I just avoid her. There are four to five cashiers on duty when it is busy, so the wait isn’t that long. The soups are often good. I also like the panini sandwhiches… The price is not that bad. It would be great if it was even cheaper… damn cheap Raytheon! All in all I will go there again since I can walk there.
