Took my suit and shirts here I have never thought those stains on my jacket would have came off! The staff are super friendly the service is amazing ! I just found my one stop cleaners.

Great cleaners. They have cleaned everything from simple shirts, to dresses and my epic ballgown sized costume. I trust them and they have never done me wrong.

I’m fairly new to the area and finding a good quality dry cleaner is very important to me. I scoured through Unilocal looking for establishments that are close to me and with a good rating. I settled on trying five different cleaners and rated them on a scale of 1 – 5 (5 being the best) on a list of attributes I think are important. Spring cleaners were the most friendly and has the best final packaging, however, it is out of the way for me and was on the more expensive end out of the 5 cleaners I tried.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners, and every time i dry clean my stuff, they always come out right. Employees are always welcoming and kind, and the price is just about right. Thank you for your service, Marco, and Brenda. You always make my life a lot easier!

It was a fantastic wedding even with the rain (supposedly that means good luck?). The rain not only set a beautiful mist that made the whole lake look so mystical, but also was the reason I had to hunt for a dry cleaner who can handle a wedding dress with mud on the entire bottom that’s been caked on for the 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. Miraculously, I had no wine stains and only mud which I still find it hard to believe with all the wine binging we did.
I knew I had to avoid Manhattan Beach because I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg but wanted to get it back to a condition where I can sell the dress… and I was lazy… And there were no reviews about wedding dress cleaning at my normal cleaners so I was hesitant. So I tried this place which was around the corner from me. Incredibly, they only needed a few days to turn the dress around. And it only costed $ 100 (including the 10% discount for referring to Unilocal). And the dress is back to its fantastic condition, including all the layers of lace and frills. I’m still impressed.
Thank you Spring Cleaners for making my dress so pretty again for not that much $$, now I don’t want to sell it…

So happy with their services! I brought my wedding dress and husband’s suit in for cleaning after our wedding, since everyone seemed to have trampled over my small little train when the bustle broke. I got it back in pristine condition, with not a speck on the train. I even asked them to fix the bustle (there was a little miscommunication, since they gave me a wrist strap instead of the kind that buttons under the bum), and it was no issue. Husband’s suit came in beautiful shape. Also, awesome prices for what they did! Coming from a small town in Arkansas, I had to get my dress and suit steamed while there for the wedding, and not cleaned. It cost just as much as what they charged here, including the cleaning and bustle fix! That’s a pretty good deal in my book. Definitely going back with any of my cleaning needs.

Great service !!! I used to go to another dry cleaners in el Segundo I used to get my buttons of my shirts chipped or missing and stains on collars I found this place on Unilocal and I am so happy with them, they are professional and they know my name !!! Thank you spring cleaners

This is one of the best dry cleaners in the world… I travel all the time… And this one stands out… with there excellent service… every time i pick my clothes it looks and it smells like a million bucks… Marco knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work… so I advise everyone to bring there clothes to spring cleaners …

The business owner/​manager Marko sent me a reply on Unilocal within an hour of my review going up. He was apologetic and understanding and told me to come in and he would make it right. I went in the next day and showed him the dress. He was very courteous and respectful. He immediately gave me the 16 $ back, and asked me to let him fix it, and if I wasn’t happy with it (I was worried the dress would be too short if it was evened out and hemmed correctly), that he would reimburse me the cost of the dress! I gave them a second chance to hem the dress, and I just picked it up an hour ago. It was done very well, and it was pressed. The length was not that much shorter than what I had originally wanted. He apologized for me having to come in twice, and he was very gracious. Thank you Marko for the excellent customer service :)

Spring Cleaners is the best! The best! Long overdue review. I have been going to them for over a year since moving to the South Bay. Quality and timing is always consistent — so reliable. I’ve been been coming here for about a year now and I can say that I absolutely love this place their prices are great ! Exceptional work ! The customer service is on point ! I was using another cleaners near my home In Playa del rey they had higher prices and the work wasn’t as great as I’m getting here in spring cleaners ! I really recommend them to just anyone who likes quality dry cleaning and great prices !

This is my second Unilocal review ever, despite relying on the site for recommendations all the time. I always figured it would take either a great experience or a really poor one to get me to write one. While I hoped for the former, I certainly got the latter with Spring Cleaners.
I took a large load of men and women’s clothes to be cleaned several months ago. Overall, for most pieces, I would say that they did a satisfactory job at best. The items were pressed, but didn’t seem particularly well taken care of. I would have given them 3 stars. And, given their proximity to my new house, I would have likely given them more business.
However, there was a (in my eyes) clear mistake made in the handling of one of my shirts. It is white and has small black spots. It was relatively expensive (~$ 100) and one of my favorite shirts. When I got the shirt home and went to wear it for the first time, I noticed one patch were the black spots were smudged and there were some grey spots right next to the black ones — given the pattern, it indicated that the spots on the front of the shirt had bled onto the back of the shirt creating these lighter grey spots. There are no grey spots anywhere else. I was REALLY disappointed — it is noticeable enough so that I can no longer wear the shirt.
When brought the shirt back to point out the problem, I was even more disappointed my how I was treated. The woman to I saw said she would point it out to her manager. I got a call from her later saying that it was part of the shirt design. When I told her it was not, she said her manager would call me back. He did and proceeded to give me the some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with the shirt and he was very condescending and rude. In the end, he gave me a $ 20 credit on our bill (something that barely made up for how rude he was on the phone). If he had treated me with a little more courtesy and understanding, I could overlook a mistake. (Before moving the the area, other cleaners had warned me that this shirt could be damaged in dry cleaning, but it had been cleaned many times without problem.) Clearly this is something that could happen in the dry cleaning process, why not own up to your mistake? Why treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about.
I will not be returning to Spring Cleaners.

Spring Cleaners did an amazing job on one of my dresses. The dress had dark stains all over it that were over a few years old and the hem was also falling down in the front. I thought I was going to have to throw out the dress for good because it was in such poor condition.
When I got the dress back it looked brand new and they got every single stain out! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience, the price was also right too! Highly recommend Spring Cleaners.

Hands down best neighborhood dry cleaners ever. Marko runs the show it seems like or I wouldn’t bring my clothes there. Marko knows everyone’s name is friendly knowledgeable and goes out of his way for superior customer service. Way to go spring cleaners.

First cleaners that the shirts are cleaned with a pleasant smelling detergent! They are very quick to do your dry cleaning!

The owner contacted me and found my dress. The dress ended up with someone else’s order and the customer brought it back. I’m so glad that I finally received my dress. I still will not be going back to this cleaners because they were very defensive and insistent that I was wrong in the beginning. If they never found it or it wasn’t returned, too bad for me. Not great customer service if you would ask me.
