Strategic Pest Management

Carlos has helped us out with 2 different rodent problems. He’s expert, informative, honest and punctual! The prices charged were reasonable for the work he accomplished. We’ve recommended the firm to several of our friends and they’ve been satisfied, too.

I had previously used Strategic Pest for ants twice in the past years ago so I thought I would use this company again. I called last month for ants and again a few days ago. I never rec’vd a call back either time. I guess he must be really busy to just ignore calls. I have found another pest control company which actually answers the phone when one calls and does a good job.

Rich is awesome! i had these little bugs in my cupboard that I couldn’t get rid of. He invited me to text him a picture, then he came over (arranged the appt around my work schedule) and gave me simple steps to get rid of them with my own household items. He didn’t even charge me for his time or feedback. Any time I have a pest issue, I’ll call these guys!

I cannot say more good things about Rich, Carlos and the whole Strategic Team. Small family owned and operated company, however, they are growing!
I had roaches… German and American… EWW. Carlos came out after explaining to me how to prepare my unit for his arrival. Yes, everything had to be removed from the cabinets but the roaches are gone! I saw dead roaches popping up for weeks! whatever he used sure did the trick and there was no harm done to my dogs.
Prices are very fair and these guys stand by their word! that is hard to find in the pest control industry!
