This place never seems to amaze me. No matter which one I go to I get the same great food and same great service! Now come to texas!

Nothing beats the Habit with their fresh char-grilled burgers! The Habit is located on the corner of Grand Ave. and Sepulveda Blvd. in the Walgreens plaza so you can expect parking space available. The employees here are friendly and greet you with a smile before taking your order. I’ve had their #1 Charburger that comes with mayo, pickles, lettuce, onions and tomatoes, and cheese(when they offer it or if you ask for it). This combo comes with fries and a drink of your choice. They have sweet potato fries and regular French fries, but I recommend the regular fries! Another menu item I love is their shakes! Chocolate or vanilla, both are just as good. They give you a buzzer that will ring when you’re order is ready wether it’s for dine-in or carry out, either way they’re quick!

Not the. Eat burger in the world, or the South Bay, but… It’s a damn good burger! Pricey!

Can’t believe I’m saying this but The Habit is def better than In n Out. Yep! Their burgers are so juicy and flavorful and well worth the price! And their fries are crispy and well seasoned! I’d have their burgers everyday if I could!

Thanks yo free coupon, get to try their burger. I had Charburger with cheese. Nice patty, beefy flavor. Normal bun, warm and fluffy. I like caramelized onions, extra point here. This is a good quality fast good burger. Onion rings is just average thou. Batter is too thick, onion ring is too thin. And I had Mocha milkshake. Description says it is hand shaked to order. Turns out it’s too watery and sweet.

One of my favorite fast food burger place to go to. It gets really busy real fast! So I would avoid coming during lunch and dinner hours due to long lines, but I still come. My favorites 1. Original char burger with cheese: very simple all American cheeseburger. Definitely better tasting than most fast food places! Ask for grilled onions and extra! Ask for it to be served on sourdough bread! 2. Santa Barbara burger. Double meat and cheese with avocado! I always add in grilled mushrooms on it! Ask for it to be served on sourdough bread! 3. Santa Barbara Cobb salad: I love this salad and get this 90% of the time. I ask for ahi tuna substituted for the grilled chicken(.50 or more extra). My favorite salad! It has blue cheese, bacon, and guacamole. What else do you need? 4. Get fries and onion rings. 5. Self serve condiments and peppers, jalapeños, and banana peppers! The best!

Everyone has their own perception of what a good burger is, but in my book the Habit certainly trumps In ‘n Out, Five Guys and the like. The charburger has that good old fashioned char flavor, the mushroom burger is awesome. The fries and onion rings are«standard» but the tempura green beans rock. It can get very crowded for lunch, even when they open at 11 am, so the best part is that one can email their order in for pick-up and pay online. One time my transaction was messed up by the back office and when I went to pick it up I was told that I needed to pay, and I hadn’t brought my card with me because I believed that the transaction had been processed. The manager kindly gave me my order free due to the mess-up on their part. Now that is good customer retention practice right there. Two thumbs up in my book.

Who doesn’t love the Habit Burger Grill? And it also works if your a tad bit on the vegetarian side like me. I’ll do some chicken and tuna, but they have a veggie burger, garden salad, fries, sweet potato fries, green bean fries and onion rings if you don’t want any meat. I usually get their garden salad or grilled chicken salad. If I’m wanting a sandwich, it’ll be bbq chicken or grilled tuna. Oh my God! This is the only place nearby that delivers. I hear their hamburgers are really good — maybe not In & Out good, but just as good or a different kind of good. Nonetheless they are satisfactory. Every time we go home, I can smell it! This location does get packed! I noticed if you get home before 5 or 6 is the best time to go. Anytime after, there’s always a long line. We usually do take out since we live walking distance to it. I love their jalapenos, banana peppers and pepperchini’s. I use to love the one in Whittier, but this one’s my favorite now, not just because I live here, but because even though there’s constant traffic — they are relatively fast at getting your order in and out; And that it never gets ridiculously packed because we are next door to LAX — the world’s your oyster when it comes to food choices. Parking can be challenging because it’s not a big parking lot and your sharing w/Chipotle, Wells Fargo and Walgreens, among other businesses.

I will say that it’s tough to motivate myself to eat a burger anywhere other than In-n-Out, but I could come back here. I ordered the original char burger because it was my first time, so I wanted to keep it simple. I also got fries because a burger without fries is like a milk shake without whip cream… incomplete. Ugh… I need to go on a diet. Okay! Let’s get to it. The burger is pretty damn good. It’s juicy, well-seasoned, and it provides an excellent beef-veggie-bread ratio. The fries were awesome because they were sweet potato fries. Look, I will always order sweet potato fries when the option presents itself. They were crispy and dope. Oh! And they have a strawberry limeade which was also yummy. Is this my fave burger? No, but it places pretty high on my burger scale. Sometimes you have a burger craving, and a fast food joint just won’t do. Give these guys a shot, you won’t regret it. I would totally come back here, but I’d caution against lunch time and weekends. This place is a freakin’ zoo! They don’t have a ton of seating, and there were plenty of people just standing around waiting for someone to leave.

Yes! A Delicious grill cheese burger! The parking situation is difficult and they do live-up to their slogan: it’s better for us to WAIT for our burger than for our burger to wait on us. The wait for my one meal was 16minutes(I don’t think horribly bad). Although I am usually a fan of sweet potato fries(which they do have in their menu) I opted for the tempura green beans. And I do not regret it. Their hand-made coffee shake is pretty amazing too. I do recommend this place and I will be back!

One of my favorite burger places especially when I’m cheating on my diet. My favorite is a BBQ Bacon Double Char with avocado with half French fries/half onion rings. The Strawberry Limeade is a good refreshing drink for those hot days. Once you get to the front of the line you are greeted and asked what you would like to order. They operate as an efficient machine, place the order, order is confirmed with the cooks, cooks cook your food and they present your food. A pager system is used to alert you when your order is ready. Parking can be a pain with most of the parking designated for Walgreen’s customers. I just go into Walgreen’s and buy some candy and place the receipt on my dashboard with the receipt facing upward. Haven’t got towed yet ;)

Can get really busy at time so if you can order ahead please do. The parking can be kinda difficult cause they share the lot with Walgreens and they have their spots marked for their store only. Friendly staff. I love their Chicken Cesar Salad. Amazing onion rings and burgers. This place is always an option when I am in the area.

The most popular times at this location are from noon to 1:00pm and even more popular from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. People are eating burgers for dinner! And tasty charbroiled burgers at that. Fresh ground beef over an open flame. It’s hard to resist. The charburgers as they call them are delicious and in addition to the tried and true staples, you can add mushrooms, bacon pineapple or avocado. The caramelized onions are a good choice. The buns are toasted just right and compliment the burgers very well. Cutting the carbs? Go for the lettuce wrap. They also have some nice sandwich options if a charburger isn’t calling to you. Chicken breast, tuna-filet, tri-tip steak, pastrami and of course a veggie burger. Not down for a sandwich, then you can op for a salad. The fries as golden and worthy. They’ve got sweet potato fries if you lean that way. Or maybe you want to try the tempura battered & fried green beans. Lots of competition has opened in the area and this Habit has stood up well to the challenge.

So my family ordered take out from here a few nights ago and I thought it was great. Guess a lot can happen in a few years. There was five of us and we all ordered the Santa Barbara style hamburger and I’m sure that I’ll never order anything else here… it was that good. I also got an order of onion rings and a strawberry shake. If you’re going in… might as well go all the way. I loved everything and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back here again. Also, they packed up the hamburgers really nicely and none got smashed in transport.

Anticipate long lines during lunch starting around 11:30am weekdays. Smokey char burgers are my favorite kinds of burgers and the habit nails it in flavor, price, and service. It’s an elevated version of Carl’s Jr’s famous star and an upgraded version to roadside burger joints like Shake Shack and various diners. Fries also retain the same pattern, perfecting what McDonald’s brings to a fast-casual setting. It’s crispy, tasty, and even better with onion rings!

Fries extra crispy are killer. But my burger look like somebody jizzed in my lettuce wrap… By ordering a lettuce wrap, chances are I don’t like 2 pounds of jizz aka mayo.

When I’m not at In-N-Out, you can catch me at The Habit! The quality of the burgers and customer service at this location are fantastic! I had such a wonderful experience this past Friday. I decided to treat my girlfriends out to some Habit cuz what’s better than a burger and fries? The line was long per usual but we were probably in line for only about 6 minutes before we ordered. I ordered the Double Char burger for myself, French fries and chocolate shake for a gf, and the Char burger meal(#1) for another gf. Everything came out to around $ 13.60 and I was like man this is cheap! Once I looked at my receipt, I see that the cashier didn’t ring us up for a #1 and just put the burger on the order. I went up to the cashier and I told her I’d pay the difference but she was so sweet! She said she’ll give me the drink and fries since it was her fault. Griselda, you rock! We seriously need more employees like this in the world who exemplify great customer service. The burger, fries, and chocolate shake were all on point! I saw someone ordering a sundae and it looked super tempting, maybe next time! I also heard their cones are yummy here(only $ 1). I’ll definitely be back for moreeeeee :)

I stand corrected. This is one fantastic burger. Just dont go during the week during lunch hour, as its packed with office workers and no parking for miles. However, their double cheese burger is good. Nice beef, soft, lightly toasted bun and thick, gooey cheese. I cant say its on a par with the best of the franchise burger joints like Shake Shack or In n Out, but close. A very good burger.
