Terribly unreliable. At first no show he made an excuse about having had a medical emergency and having lost my phone number. Rescheduled, seemed like he did an OK job on my carpet, but after it dried it was stiff and made my feet itch when I walked barefoot. Called him again and made an appointment for him to come back and rinse the residue off. No show again. Left him countless messages, never heard back. Paid for another carpet cleaner to come and rinse my carpet.

An A+ experience!
Bailey’s did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my dingy wall to wall master bedroom carpet. They were polite, fast, efficient and very competitively priced (one of the best bids I received). They were able to remove long standing stains I thought would never come out. The carpet looks amazing and smells so fresh. I also have about 1,500 square feet of hardwood floors that I understand they can clean and care for as well so I’m sure I’ll be calling them for those in the near future.
