They refuse to give refunds on items that were sold defectively. The man was very rude and plainly saw my vape pen worked fine and it was the coils I had purchased from there. He didn’t care and refused to give me my $ back AND kept the coils I had purchased. He also didn’t offer to exchange them. This place focuses on quantity not quality and are very rude and disrespectful. Use the smoke shop up the street if you wanted to be treated with respect. I have no doubt this man will resell these broken items so he will make double off of it.

They have NEWOWNERSHIP!!! Walked in to a few cases filled with various smoker’s needs. Glad we gave this place a shot. Awesome customer service, all items priced and sold plus tax. Great experience. Bought a scorch torch cigar lighter today — she showed me that it was working and powerful!

I am trying to quit smoking so I decided to purchase a vapor cigarette. I am older and feel really weird in a head shop. The two men at the counter answered all of my questions and helped me purchase an etonic. I haven’t smoked a cigarette in two days. Good customer service!

The manager(s) need to better screen their employees before hiring them. Went there today to buy a cartridge for an e-cig. Dealt with a guy with a lot of tattoos. He had one of a pair if lips on his neck, WTF!!! Anyway I ask the guy how much and he tells me, «how much do you normally spend ?» Again, wtf! If I knew how much they sell their products I wouldn’t ask! Needless to say I turned around and left. No need to give them my business and fir that matter no one else should either. Bottom line, DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEINTHISSTORE, REALLYBADCUSTOMERSERVICE. There are better smoke shops in Berkeley or even near Ranch 99 store in Albany, also try the small one near the radio shack and Big 5.

Was on lunch break and stopped in to buy a e-cig. They over charged me by 100 dollars. Haven’t even used unit. Item was previously damaged when examined further. I went back to fix the issue only 3 hours later. They said all sales are final. It’s not of the receipt or anywhere in the store. Worst customer relations.

Diverse selection; T-Shirts, and all the goodies one would expect from a quality purveyor of smoking supplies. Nice dude working with a laid-back manner, yet helpful. This is where I would say things went a bit askew; No problem with folks making a profit; it is a fundamental aspect of running a business… Yet ‘dude’ who ‘quoted’ a price for an instrument, stated he could be flexible, cool… I went and researched the product, and the price ‘quoted’ by ‘dude’ was more than retail… Price quoted was 2X higher than I ended up purchasing elsewhere. I initially went in for a basic item, and purchased that ‘basic’ item, and was astounded at the price charged; not a lot of $$, just the mere fact, that the % of mark-up is outrageous. I know the pricing, as I have purchased ‘same basic’ item all over the Bay Area… I am just saying… You want me to buy LOCAL, there needs to be fair, and competitive pricing… with the service…
