Worst trash service ever! Went three weeks without trash pickup! They claim our road was not passable 2 weeks after blizzard! In that time frame I had a furniture delivery, oxygen delivery truck and UPS deliver out here.
We had to store trash in our shop for 10 days as the bin was overflowing. Winds came up out here, which is common in Kiowa, and we had trash everywhere!
Run a small assisted living here, have 8 people in house. Signed up for weekly service. They never saw our road! Made an assumption it wasn’t passable. We have a tractor and maintain our road well.

We bought a house in Elbert and Dan’s Trash was highly recommended to us. So far no complaints! The office representative (Patricia?) will call if we forget to set the trash can out at the street, «Our driver is outside and says he can’t find a can, do you want to run it out to him real quick?» She’s saved us a few times! Hahaha

Adverstise service in Kiowa, but REFUSED us service. They operate our area, but will not give us trash service, something that should be a basic utility. State their «drivers don’t cover our road», but our neighbors have Dan’s Trash picking up their trash. I suppose you can do whatever you want when you are privately operated!

Excellent service, offer recycling as well as trash, good prices. I highly recommend Dans, we’ve had them for a year and they have done a great job.
