horrible company! Super shady. Unable to treat our bee issue. They continue to tell me that they will stop by and look into it again. Still no results. Super unprofessional. Asked to cancel and was told I need to pay a 150.00 cancellation fee. I’m paying for a company who cant provide the service they promised??? Horrible company. Go with a company that is known.

We agree with a prior post. Seemed totally unprofessional. Came with a can of bug spray to treat the home and charged 300.00. Seriously? Found spiders in our bedroom post the treatment. You will be told you can cancel at anytime. and then be sent a 200.00 cancellation fee. Go with a reputable company. this is a shady business

We’ve twice used Fox Valley, once for a challenge with wasps and a 2nd time when we observed a mouse run under our refrigerator. Very glad to say, they’re 2 for 2 at eliminating the problem and after a couple years now the problems have not come back. Friendly, consultative and thorough in their work. I’d recommend Fox Valley Environmental Pest Control to help with any potential pest problems that you might come across.

They did work something out with us, but as far as I know they aren’t changing their deceptive contract and policies any time soon, so this is still a buyer beware situation, and we still want nothing to do with them.

Reasonably priced, polite and knowledgeable sales, and fast service. I don’t know if my pest problems are solved yet but I’d recommend this company based on their ability to answer my questions and address all of the many areas I had outdoor pests (bees & wasps).
