I would not suggest driving out of your way to go to Cindy’s, but if you are in Eldon, this is a good typical small-​town Iowa café. The standards: breakfast, burgers/​fries, a short list of entrees. When I was there they had two specials: hot turkey sandwich and pepper steak. The desserts were all homemade. My lunch hit the spot.
