Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tallapoosa, GA
Par for the course for a small town Mexican-ish restaurant in the South. Admittedly, West Virginia is not deep South, and politically during the Civil War, they broke away from Virginia, where the Confederate Capitol was, but nevertheless, it’s the South to me, and I’m from GA, so I ought to know. It’s a bit inconspicuous in a strip mall, again par for the course, and the location was a bit off on Google maps. The service was quick and pretty friendly. The chips were a bit stale, but I came in just before closing, so I can’t count that against them. I got three enchiladas, one chicken, one beef, and one cheese. They were quite good. The sauce on top was good as well. The cheese was pepper jack, I think. Something was bringing spice. Not sure what. The Coke was good as well. What caused the loss of a star was the flan being too heavy on the leche(milk) and not enough dulce de leche(caramel) and the salsa being VERY watery. Practically red water with a few bits of peppers in it. Overall, I was pleased.
