Dunkin’ Donuts

Coffee here is way better than the McDonlads next door. I especially like how they are nice at the drive thru and smile… unlike the other fast food places.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times, and each time, the experience is not good. I typically don’t leave reviews for a fast food chain restaurant, but I decided that this one needed it. Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the employees are clueless. I understand they are a new location and need to build up their employee base, but come on, get your shiz together people.
Let me expand a bit: I’ve never been much of a fan of Dunkin’s food, but one time decided to grab an egg white flat bread. They gave me a normal tortilla instead of the flatbread. I was pretty confused how that even happened because as far as I know, there’s no egg white with tortilla on the menu. I always get black coffee, and most times there’s cream in it. One night I was craving a hot chocolate so decided to swing through this DD to get one. I wanted the caramel one, and the girl on the intercom kept saying mint. No, caramel. «Oh you mean, the salted caramel?» YES. CARAMEL. My Lord, does mint and caramel even sound alike? *face palm* Needless to say, I will be avoiding this Dunkin Donuts at all cost.

I am here a few times a week. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and I have never had an order that was incorrect, unlike nearby places that I used to get coffee.

This Dunkin Donuts location is very inconsistent. Sometimes my iced coffee is good, and sometimes it taste like they gave me someone else’s order. The bad thing is, they get the order wrong more than right. I would rather pay the extra money and go to Starbucks.

They have some nice seats and this outlet is pretty spacious. We grabbed some coffees and donuts. The staff were friendly and greeted/​served us immediately.

Located where Golden Chinese Buffet stood. This building is brand new construction.
Everything is clean as a whistle and the donuts & coffee are what you come to expect.
Unlike the other DD off McClean & Big Timber, this store is open ²⁴⁄₇.
