I have a small biz, my wife has a job. Took taxes to Gladys Sept. 1st to file by Oct. 15th. (we had filed for extension) Nov. 22nd, STILL waiting for my return to be completed.. They filed an electronic return for us on Oct.15th, MINUS my business. Got big refund check, was told by Gladys” yeah, you may want to hold on to that.” I am beyond frustrated. I have no confidence in this place. I plan to go get my stuff this week, and go start over with someone else. Will have to do amended return. Worse customer service ever.
