Integrity School of Dance

This dance studio has changed my life! After suffering a motorcycle accident over a year ago, I found it very difficult to regain much of my mobility and strength, as well as lose the 30+ pounds I put on during recovery. A friend suggested that I attend a «Cardio FitDance» class at Integrity, and I fell in love with the class, the instructors, and the studio! Everyone who works here is super talented, kind, and supportive. I signed up to take many of their Adult Programs, including Ballet, Pilates, Tap, Hip Hop, and Yoga. The classes are unique, geared towards all fitness levels, and at convenient times for those of us who work long hours. I took my first class in late July, and since then, I feel FANTASTIC :) I’ve made new friends, lost 14 pounds, have twice the strength and flexibility that I used to, and am enjoying the way a regular fitness régime makes me feel both inside and out! Plus, it is really fun to be able to take dance classes as an adult– I never knew how much I’d enjoy ballet until now! For anyone looking for workout classes that you’ll most definitely enjoy, are reasonably priced, and professionally taught, take one here– I know you’ll be back for more ;)

We have had an amazing experience with the studio. The owners are so hands on and friendly, my girls teacher (Courtney) was AMAZING! So patient with the kids as well as great with teaching to different levels of kids. The quality of dancing taught there is great, I would recommend this studio to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful studio. The teachers are top notch and really want the child to grow and develop as a dancer. Kelly Hill is an amazing teacher. She has really impressed me and my daughter.
