Jimmy John’s

Called to order a sandwich over 25 minutes ago to my work. My work is 2 blocks behind Jimmy Johns.
I’ve now spent my entire lunch break standing by the door waiting for nobody to show up apparently.
Don’t advertise freaky fast if you can’t deliver.
Should have ordered a pizza from the Village next door, it would have gotten here in the same amount of time…

Stopped in to grab sammy’s for the fam one evening. Was a little tired of the other usual fast food suspects — so we opted for a little different.
I had my usual — the Big John. Which never disappoints.
My 11 year old daughter even devoured her entire sandwich (unheard of for her) and my son immensely enjoyed his Vito (I think that was the name of the sub he ordered).
The place was empty when we walked in, so service was fast and courteous.

WHAT is going on with this Jimmy John’s lately! Being nearby and in an office complex we order from here frequently because they are convenient, but we are beginning to discuss not ordering from here again. JJ’s forgot something in the last order, so we called and asked for it to be delivered. Three hours go by. we call to find out where it is and we are told the driver already delivered it and went home. No. I’m not calling to find out where something is if it was indeed delivered. We are then asked if we are sure we want it delivered still. Yes, we paid for it. Call in an order today and after an hour we call to see where it is, and it’s still not even 15 minutes later. For reference: We are three minutes away, and today’s order consisted of TWO sandwiches.

I live 2.2 Miles from this jimmy johns and they don’t deliver to my address how fucking garbage.

Worst Jimmy Johns EVER!!! They forgot my drink 4 times in a row now… I even tell them make sure you bring the drink when I place the order. Freaky Fast? No def not.40 mins for a sandwich.

Bushwood Dr. Elgin location is the worst JJ’s, they are never freaky fast (45min +) and their bread is always stale. When you call because something was incorrect on your order they always make you feel like it is your fault. My car is in the shop today and I have no other choice, typically I avoid at all costs. Love Jimmy Johns but not this one.

The Skokie Blvd store in Skokie, Il. has the worst delivery srvice I’ve ever seen. Twice it has taken almost 1hr to get our food from the store that is 5 blocks away. The driver informed me that Jimmy Johns is working on Freaky slow delivery! No apology, just smart mouth comments. Good food, Bad Service. DONE!!!

Fast! My sandwich was done before I finished paying. Customer service was wonderful. My sandwich was exactly what I wanted, nothing special but still very good. The guy taking my order was outstanding, especially when considering this is fast food, hence the 5 stars.

FYI: Watch out for this place. I’m a big JJ’s fan, but, this one is by far one of the most inconsistent I’ve shopped. Bread almost never tastes fresh and the staff is lazy and unkept.

umm… yeah, not sure the reason behind the poor review by pp but this Jimmy Johns is awesome, deliver super quick, and i mean quick! I work down the street and they have my sandwich to me within 10 min. Its really fresh and delicious, never have any problems and I’m a frequent happy customer.
