NEVER AGAIN. Now I know why this place has awful reviews. I went here because it was closest to my house. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I brought my balloons here to get filled with helium. I paid a LOT of money for these balloons because I had to order them online and have them shipped to me. Then, I paid almost $ 3 each to have them filled by Party Werks. So I go to pick up my balloons at the promised time and it FLIES AWAY! Meaning someone didn’t tie the balloon tightly enough onto the ribbon. The ribbon was still there in my hand, but the balloon had flown away!!! Right before the party too, so we were left without the main decoration. I called them and guess what they said? Since this happened after I walked out their door, TOO BAD. They wanted to give me 10% off my next purchase. There will be NO next purchase. They had the nerve to imply that I did something to cause the balloons to fly away. No. It was the person who tied the balloons to the ribbon. I could clearly see the «loop» on the ribbon where the balloon was. it was not tight enough. hope you go out of business!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I shopped at this store. BUYER BEWARE! is right. I bought graduation plates less than 1 week ago. One week and they WILL NOT take these back, or even offer a store credit – NOTHING. The owner claims since it is written on the receipt they cannot take these back. However, they are more than happy to sell them to me and not TELL me verbally that there are no returns on graduation items. Very poor business practices. I will never shop there again. Next year I will go to party city even if it is a longer drive.

This is the WORST party store on earth. Very little stock, terrible customer service and the prices are pretty high. I go there only when I don’t have time to run out to Party City (which is, by the way, a million times better!)

BUYER BEWARE! BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!! NO RETURNS, EVEN IF FOR LEGITIMATE REASONS!!! Make sure you read the fine print. And if you have a problem, do not expect to be contacted by the store!
