This office is horrible I made an appointment before and they told me it would be at least 30 minutes past my appointment time what’s the point of making an appointment. Apparently their time is more important than yours. Today I went in there because it says on the window walk ins welcome. Then they told me they stop taking walk-ins at 2 PM so I apparently walk-ins are not welcome after 2 PM that’s the sign they should have on the window

I wish he was in my Medical Plan. Pocholo is a kind, concerned Physician who listens well to his patients. I actually miss him and his staff. They keep their pricing reasonable for those with no insurance or limited budgets. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Doc, Thanks for the years of excellent service to my family and I.

Doctor Florentino is simply the best. Gets you what you need with class, friendliness, and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Dr. Florentino and his staff to anyone in the Elgin area looking for a friendly clinic.

Good family practice in Elgin. My entire family goes here when needed. Great «bedside manner» and every nurse, tech is friendly and knowledgeable. Not the fanciest place in town but they ge the job done nicely.
They take walk-ins and they do sports/work physicals.
