I’ve owned my townhouse at the Cambridge in the Glen for 10 years now. And during those 10 years I’ve never had any issues with any employee at Rowell. As matter a fact I’ve had only pleasant and prompt attention to any request I’ve made, both online and by phone. I’ve been so impressed with how well things have been handled that I’ve sent thank you emails to my contact Alyssa for doing such an outstanding job of rectifying the issues. And to be honest of the 10 years I’ve owned this unit, I’ve only had a few issues during the last year and as stated above whenever I’ve put in a request to repair, I have had immediate results. Im extremely pleased with The Rowell Management team and I would refer them to anyone inquiring.

I have owned a unit for more than 25 years in an association managed by Rowell. As a homeowner, Board member and officer I can only say good things about them. Are they perfect? No, and neither is any other property management company. They care about their clients and take pride in their work. They give back to the community. They are always on the edge when new technology is available. Do not listen to those who blame others when they are fined for not following or taking time to read the rules.

Rowell has been the Management company for my condo since it was built in 1979. There have been some ups and downs. More ups these days. I usually contact them via their website or email. Fortunately, none of my requests have been urgent. I always receive a quick response to my request. I feel the fees charged our association are fair. I usually deal with Jordan. She is been nothing but professional in all our dealings.

The property manager over Willoughby Farms Galena townhomes is a real witch… is on a power trip… mean spirited and thinks she owns MY paid for house. I have lived there for 21 yrs and keep everything in tip top shape. I have never been late on a payment of association fees… yet I get threatening, yes threatening and harassing letters constantly… when one case is closed, they open it again… Example…paint your fence… I painted the fence to their EXACT specification three mos ago. I got another letter yesterday saying I need to paint my fence. Really!!! We used to use Property Specialists who were WONDERFUL. This company sucks with a capital S. Who do they think they are??? and yes, their monthly fee is ludicrous. They are working for me yet order me around like I’m their employee. This company should be closed down. Period!

As others have mentioned, Rowell rarely returns calls nor do they support unit owners. They charge a huge management fee for the miniscule service they provide. Compared to other firms, they are grossly overpriced. I’d like to give them a minus 10 stars …

If I was able to give this company ZERO stars, I would have. Just like the previous reviews stated, all you get is the runaround from these clowns in the office and they will nickel and dime you to death and take away all your privileges while a dispute is placed. I would look elsewhere for a management company to run your property. Plenty of management companies exist that do have integrity and don’t treat their homeowners like shit. Rowell is garbage

I second the first review of this management company. They are simply awful to work with and will try to nickel and dime you any possible way they can. All they think of is ways to get money from its constituents either by consistently raising their costs year after year or charge all kinds of fines they try to get away with. Rowell, Inc, you have absolutely no integrity or cooperation of any kind.

If you are looking for a management company that NEVER picks up the phone, very rarely returns your calls or emails and only causes you more stress when you know you have to contact them, then they are perfect for you. If your association is even thinking about using them, just tell them to call anyone there and you will see no one ever picks up a phone call — even Board Members(I could never be one in our association if I had to deal with this awful company) of our association have to wait days before their call is returned.
