Their sales staff is friendly and the service staff is very helpful and welcoming. I have referred a few friends to this dealership, yet their first grievance is «why does the commercial for this dealership state they are in a traffic free zone?» Whether you’re in Austin, Manor or Elgin; 290 being your only way in and out of these towns and traffic only keeps growing more and more each year. There is no such thing as a «free traffic zone»; especially within 50 miles in any which way of Austin. I agree; that is why I greeted them at my home with tacos and took them there.

Excited to see their inventory on CarGurus. Pricing is horribly not competitive. Found the EXACTSAME vehicles offered(used even) by Toyota Kileen for $ 3KLESS. That’s a big difference when talking $ 15K versus $ 12K for the SAME vehicle. Too bad. They get good inventory in.

My wife and I attempted to purchase a used SUV from Rush. The salesman was new and did his best, but the rest of the staff left him hanging as complications mounted. One week later, I took delivery on the desired vehicle only to have it fail to start after getting it to our home. We ended up buying the loaner vehicle instead but we still had to go back twice to complete paperwork since it was not done correctly the second time, for the second vehicle. The management says the right things about customer service and has made promises about additional services as an apology, looking forward to a follow through. As another example, the vehicle has been back twice to be detailed for the sale, and still needs to go back again because there is still animal hair in the back.(2 weeks into this purchase)

Sad thing is that I have to write this review without ever setting foot in this dealership. I had heard good things and was having bad luck with poor Chevrolet dealership customer service across the area either being rude or seeming completely incapable of correctly setting up an appointment. And once again, I am left unsatisfied and ticked off. Called to set up a servicing appointment last week and spoke with a gentleman on the phone who took my information down(not my VIN, although I did offer it) and said he would be able to service the car today from 1 to 6. Alas, having had issues with idiot dealership employees across the area, I called to confirm my appointment this morning, only to get the response that no they had no record of my appointment, and they would not be able to get it done by 6. I said that was fine, but if that was the case, then I’d like to request a loaner vehicle, to which he responded they had none. It’s a dealership, for crying out loud, you have NO spare vehicles lying around? Really? Once again fed up with another lousy dealership in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone since they don’t even have the basic skills of scheduling you an appointment to get you to walk into their doors.

i had received a credit recovery program in the mail to get a car and build credit. i was excited at the chance to stop driving my clunker and get a reliable car. it started off ok them being nice and friendly. boy was i in for a ride after they kept egging me on to have a co signer even though i was pre approved alone with no co signer they worked with me and offered me a deal, the car was in ok condition but was promised it was mechanically sound and i could trade up with in 6 months. well i went ahead with the deal and signed and was told i could pick up my car in a week after they did a inspection and cleaned the car. this is were it starts i cam to pick up my only to find the radio was not working anymore sensors were out car was dirty and a empty gas tank. seeing it was my first dealership purchase i went on ahead and scheduled a appointment to come get minor things fixed as i needed to work and need transportation then. after going back and forth from week to week waiting for parts wasting my time and just plain bad business. i got my plates and was told i would get my inspection sticker when my plates arrived. well i didn’t and they could give it to me cause i live in the Austin area. so the offered to refund me the sticker price after i go get it inspected. i agree and go a inspection place and then it gets worst turns out the master cylinder was leaking brake fluid and was leaking into a booster. the cost to replace such parts was 800 dollars at least. i figure no big deal i got a warranty they dealership will fix it. boy was i wrong they told my my warranty didn’t cover jack squat from wat my salesman had told me. so i have a car the cant get inspected and i haft to pay to fix it. all in all shop around and look else were i suggest. they are quick to sell u a car but quick to not help you out. will never go to this place ever again. worst first car purchase ever.

First of all, I would like to thank Sara Schanhals, for not giving up on me. For pushing, to get me to come in and give Rush Chevrolet a chance. My husband and I almost didn’t come in, that Sunday, I had scheduled with you. I am so glad we did! I told my husband, we will give Rush Chevrolet, the benefit of the doubt. Walked in with an attitude, of what to expect, «Denial» or «more» money down. And only planned to give the meeting an hour and half. Cause we were on our way to BBQ… We were able to get a 2013 vehicle financed, that same day! And not to mention, for the amount of down payment, I wanted. We couldn’t believe it! We didn’t come in prepared, to walk out with a vehicle. But we are very Grateful. To «quote» your commercial… The whole experience was fast and easy! THANKS A MILLION!

Awful experience. They tried to bait and and switch. I was specific about price and made an appointment speaking with a manger and when i get there they want sell me something far out as they had sold out of any in my range. These people are will waste your time or rob you blind. Either way you lose.
