Wait was long we checked in 930am left the place 230pm. Veronica was very helpful, very patient with my parents. We appreciate all her help.

Just after the blizzard of 2011, I took the bus here when I realized I had lost my social security card in my latest move. This is the most organized government office I have ever visited. There are a few computers that allow you to select the service you need and procure a number to wait for your turn.
While you wait, there is a screen that tells you all the things you can do through the SSA, some of which I did not even know.
When my number was called, I went to the appropriate window, where a pleasant woman quickly and accurately addressed my needs and processed my request.
I went in the middle of the week in the morning and was able to complete my business in under an hour and a half.
