We have paid for Signature Service for over 3 years now and we still cannot pick up wifi 10 feet away in another room. The cost of this service is outrageous compared to what we are getting for this price.

It’s been a month and my cable is still not working properly. Three phone calls and my son still doesn’t have cable in his room. Staff is horrible and they keep telling me the part is in the mail. Apparently the mail in Elizabeth city takes 20 + days. It is country, but I believe time warner cable is full of it. They definitely didn’t have a problem mailing me a bill.
