Zero’s Subs

We’ve tried the following subs:
1. Italian Grinder– OMG this is good. Subway, your Italian BMT should be scared. Really scared.
2. Tuna Sub
3. BLT– Jersey Mikes, their bread is FAR superior to yours and the people are WAY nicer than yours.
4. Philly Steak and Cheese– Arguably better than any of the usual chains when it comes to bread, cheese, peppers, onions…
5. Veggie Deluxe– Fresh vegetables really help a sandwich taste good. This is something that all the major sub chains don’t seem to get. Fresh broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives. Mmm!
These guys seem to understand something that many other shops just don’t get. A sub is only as good as the bread it is served on. These guys bake some killer bread. They toast it to perfection so that the outside stays crispy and can handle the copious amounts of ingredients they stuff it with. As a lover of the toasted sub, this place makes me smile.
The people who work here are insanely nice. They are friendly on the phone. They are friendly when you pick up takeout. They’re just plain nice exquisite sandwich makin’ peeps.
