Angels Nail Studio

I used to come here quite frequently but lately I’ve been having such poor experiences at this salon and will never come back especially after my last visit. I always tend to come to Angel Nail Spa salon in the morning or afternoons but this last time I had to get my nails done at a later time due to schedule conflicts with work. Their business hours are from 9:30am-7:30pm. I called beforehand to see if I could come in for a late night appointment at 6:30pm and the owner tells me «yes absolutely we are still doing nails». When I get there the nail tech acts so rude towards me and treats me like i’m some big inconvenience and the owner who approved of me coming tells me «oh next time try to get here earlier». The nail tech paints my nails and maneuvers my hands in such a careless manner as if she is irritated with me. I’m like why do you tell your customers that it is ok to come in before closing and then treat them in such a way, I might as well have stayed home and saved myself the grief. To add more flame to the fire, they charged me $ 5.00 dollars extra for absolutely no reason. Do they think people are that stupid that they will not notice such schemes. C’mon how money hungry can you be? On top of that they charged me $ 2 for their pedicure flip flops which they usually charge $ 1 for. On top of everything else, I decided to leave them a reasonable tip since I was being «such an inconvenience and since they decided to make an exception to do my nails».Ladies if you do decide to come here watch your receipts and ask for a break down if you can. I unfortunately was rushed and did not realize the extra charge until I got home. You are not talking about charging an extra $ 1 but taking an extra $ 5 or $ 6 dollars is a bit conniving in my book and they lost a customer because I will never go back to this blood sucking place!!!

I’ve came to do my nails here about 5 times now each time trying a different person. To see if they were all as good as the First Lady who did my toes. But apparently not they rush and don’t even care if they do a bad job. I think after 4 times of un happy service I’ll pass and go back to my old nail salon.

On my way home from another nail salon, I chipped my thumb. I stopped in here to see if they had the color I was looking for. Not sure of the technician’s name, but she fixed my nail free of charge as long as I promised to come back. I told her I’d see her in 2 weeks :)
