Hallcrest Kennel

First off, this is someone’s home. Not an actual boarding facility like a veterinarian office. It’s a very dirty and overly-​crowded converted garage. The owners dogs are running around outside the property, you cannot even get out of your vehicle.
Second, this garage is too warm for pets to be kept there comfortably. It’s crowded with her personal things and the crates are just stacked on top of each other. No space to even walk in that garage.
My biggest gripe is that the owner overcharged me. I left my pets from Wednesday evening to Sunday afternoon. She charged me for 5 days. She doesn’t know how to count 24 hours in a day.
This is a very unprofessional and unethical business. Pay a little extra and put your pets in a animal hospital or boarding facility.
