Checkmate! This place should really shut down. If I could give a negative star review I would! This place is horrible including the owner. Owner claims he has been doing this for 19 years and he knows how to run his business but obviously not if he has throw out his seniority factor for a good reason for his service. When you call, you may get a lady that starts yelling at you when you ask questions or order food and it never gets delivered. The owner does not know how to deal with his own customers. They have a negative attitude and get irritated when you ask questions. They don’t accept criticism when you have a valid concern and cause a superfluous argument over the phone with the customer. The quality of their food is as shameless as their owner.

The Owner is horrible in dealing with his own customers they definitely serve cold food and they serve you food that customers refuse from deliveries I ordered delivery and this guy kept calling us asking where our house he then calls and says he waiting on the porch then this fool says you have to come to the car and get your food. he was recently robbed and shot but wait he had nerve to ask for a tip! I gave him the food back and received my money back to ghetto for me

Over an hour and I’m still waiting. I’m starving right now as I speak. They said 45 min… I’m not even far away… and it’s over an hour… I have no idea how the food tastes but so far… this is bad service. An hour and thirty minutes is too long

This place should be shut down. They serve nasty cold food and the owner threaten me when I refused to pay for his cold pizza that was delivered. Enjoy your money and dine somewhere else. This guy is anti American and should be slapped with his cold pizza

Good ol’ Jorge’s …All the bad reviews are from people who don’t live in this area. It’s a HOOD spot. Cheap and taste good. You want customer service? Wrong place lol lucky if they speak English. But I order all the time. I live 3 mins away and they usually take 30 – 45 mins to delivery depending on size of the order. I usually just walk. Not the best neighborhood but I don’t mind. You will definitely have better luck just picking up your order if your in a rush. Great cheese slices, beef patties with cheese and buffalo chicken and fries… Can’t go wrong with that.

0 stars. From the minute I called to the moment of delivery, I was extremely disappointed. I literally am writing this 2 minutes after my delivery. I’m stuck in the area at a hotel and their menu was given to me by the hotel. I was excited to see that they didn’t require a minimum charge for delivery — that being said, when I called to ask for their advertised Sub+fries+soda combo, they said my order was too small to deliver. When I mentioned their menu explicitly stated«No Minimum Charge,» the guy on the phone said my order was too small and they were«too busy» to take my order. I added on a piece of cheesecake and was never asked what kind of soda I wanted. They said 45 minutes, and the guy showed up an hour+ later. Before he even handed me the bag, I noticed that they had given me a bottle of water. If I wanted fucking water, I would have just used water from the tap. Food is less than mediocre, worst customer service I’ve encountered in years — save yourself some frustration and just order from somewhere else. NOTWORTHIT.

If I could give 0 Stars I would… This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my entire life! There was a flyer in my hotel room.. It was late and there was a few of us who wanted pizza so I called. The guy who answered the phone was awful. I asked two valid questions about there pizza options and he got irritated and said«jesus Christ call somewhere else» and hung up on me! I was appalled… I told the hotel what happened and that they shouldn’t recommend a place like that to there guests, he said he’s heard complaints before but never like that, he threw all the menus away and said they would make sure not to allow them anymore. .Don’t support businesses like this.. There are places that actually value your business and deserve it

I was at a local hotel and their flyer was in my room. I gave it a shot, but wish I didn’t. At 10 pm they said 45 minutes after having me on hold for 5 minutes. Long on a Thursday but whatever. They showed up at 12:30 am, no explanation, discount or anything. The food was all ice cold and had obviously been finished at least an hour before. The wings were OK after re heating them, but the pizza was God awful. I could only eat about half a slice and threw the rest away. I will never order from these guys again. Total waste of money and I wish I could give a lower rating.

Staying at the Hilton Newark was told to call for a pizza delivery 45 minutes before close time. No answer from either line with 4 people calling in. Not a great start will not attempt again!

Food Review The Pizza tasted good, unfortunately it was not hot when received, the garlic knots ordered were actually burnt and not soft, they were so burnt the garlic that was suppose to be on them was nonexistent. I called to complain but there was no answer. Service Review The delivery driver was friendly. The delivery in itself took 1 hour. I ordered the Pizza and Garlic Knots. No reason for the delay. The guy that answered the phone seemed bored at life and slightly rude. He didn’t confirm if he had the address right and I had to guide him through the whole conversation.
