Shopping for clothing is not one of those tasks that I generally relish. Generally it’s a chore up there with say, doing laundry and buying groceries. Sure there may be moments of enjoyment here and there(Yay, my clothes are clean! or Wow, what a sale on cherries!) but overall it can be daunting trying to find your size, then hoping the clothing hasn’t been abused to the point where you’d have to spend money just to repair the very article of clothing you’re buying. So…when I rolled into this Kenneth Cole inside Jersey Gardens mall I sort of didn’t know what to expect. I had bought Kenneth Cole products in larger department stores such as Macy’s before, but I’ve never gone into one of their stores. Still, the somewhat insane sale they were having was enticement enough. Imagine my surprise as sales people kept offering to help me. Imagine my shock when they *gasp* HADMYSIZE. Or if they didn’t, they made a concentrated effort to go into the back and search for it. When I looked at some watches, the sales girl took time to explain everything about the watch and when the cashier was faced with a daunting amount of people on line she put her head down and got through the crowd with aplomb. I was very impressed by the professionalism at this store, something I don’t always see in clothing shops(read: rarely if ever). Now that I know this store offers great service and the occasional insane sale I’ll be keeping my eye out more when I visit this mall!
