A few nights ago I stopped by with some friends. They ordered a few beers & I got a sample plater. The food was bland & over cooked. I was annoyed walking out of there.

3/​5for our 1^st visit on Sunday Funday with the family, as we got to a chance to enjoy chorizo w/​fries as appetizers and the Churasco entrées which is accompanied by 3sides. Wife had it with rice (white) beans (red), and fried yuka as I had it with fried plantains, rice, and sliced avocado. Everything was delicious. We choose non alcoholic drinks All Natural juices and wow are they awesome (mango/pineapple).it was what seem to be the light part of the day so service was smooth;we will be goin back and hope for the same service and quality food/​drinks specially if it’s under a busier part of the day of the day:

The portions are awesome, and so are the prices. You’re not coming here for a gourmet hoity-​toity meal, you’re coming here to chill, have a drink, and chow down on some good Colombian style meat/​bbq. The food is delicious. Really. I recommend the plate for two, it’s $ 25, and we had leftovers for a full meal for two and some. Highly recommend

This place sucks!!! The food has no taste, and the don’t even let you seat outside to enjoy a good sangria and a hookah, because apparently if you don buy a bottle you can’t seat even if there’s 6 empty tales around…

If you want to go drink and watch people dance, this is the spot for you. I haven’t eaten here, only indulged in the after 10pm madness in the outdoor area. The beers are about 5 bucks, Corona, Heineken, some other stuff I can’t recall. There’s sangria too but I didn’t try that, seems a bit more economical to go that route than beer because the container is quite big.
So yeah, come here, drink, listen to current hip hop and latin joints, dance and get out of there.
The first time I went there must have been at least four chick fights for no reason so try to stay away from the youngin’s…other than that, have fun!

Worst service ever. 25 minutes for a waiter to come and ask us what we wanted she was rude and unatentive

Well let me say … this is a restaurant right? The used to have a good Wednesday night but it’s like you can’t even enjoy the outside to eat anymore… you got to buy a bottle to sit outside. …the waiters are horrible… they only thing good about this place is the djs. …it’s a restaurant not a club… smh… oooo and hot beers…-_–

I’m not recomend this place, food without flavor, poor menu and the service was good but really slow, expensive and the music was suuper loud.

I was disappointed … The service is really good but the food is mediocre at best. I had the bandeja paisa and parts of the dish was cold. My son had the salchi papas and he left most of the food on the plate. I have had salchi papas elsewhere and it was 10x better. I don’t know maybe I’m being harsh but this place is too expensive to be left unsatisfied

I came here for a quick drink while I was waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up. I was sitting at the bar it was early so it was pretty empty, I asked for a Hennessy and coke which it didn’t taste like Hennessy at all. It tasted like E&J nasty… I drink Hennessy all the time and I am a bartender myself so I can tell the difference between Hennessy and E&J.
The lady that served my drink was nice but the other girls that work there you can tell they had an attitude and just kept on staring at me like if I had something on my forehead, very very rude…

This bar looked like a gem from afar. Turned out to be a complete dump. We purchased multiple drinks and were told we could not sit down without purchasing a bottle. The tables and chairs were cheap and few patrons were able to sit. We then attempted to buy a hookah for $ 40 and were told we could not sit at a table with it. This dump will never see my business again. Hope it goes out of business! Beware all.

I have been there twice trying to give it a chance, all I have to say is, just the smell is enough to drive anyone. …terrible customer service

Don’t even bother going to this location, NOT WORTH IT. I was looking forward to trying this place out — ended up very disappointed. It was Memorial Day (⁵⁄₂₅) — firstly, the location was not crowded or busy, there was a decent amount of customers. We requested to sit outside which was fine, they have these white chairs that are the worse… will make you feeling like you will fall, requested to have it switched to one of the black chairs. We ordered our drinks. okay.
We only ordered appetizers, it took more than HOUR to receive that. When we asked the waitress, she had a slick and sarcastic attitude saying it was «busy», lies! It was not busy. On top of that, there was a couple sitting next to us who arrived AFTER us and received their appetizer immediately.
Additionally, they set up an umbrella out which was fine. They needed to use pieces of cement to hold it in place, some idiot that works there decided to take one of the cements HOLDING THE UMBRELLA UP. A girl sitting at the table across from us mentioned that it was going to fall… exactly what it did, fell over and right on top of another girl at a different table… luckily the original girl that mentioned that it was going to fall was able to get a grip of it before the pole was able to hit the girl.
We decided to go inside to pay the check to get out immediately, God-​forbid that took another hour to get from the sarcastic waitress. As we wait inside we noticed a waitress walking out with a plate to the outside patio, she dropped something from the plate and I pointed out to her that she dropped something on the ground, she picked it up and continued walking — watching her, she placed it right back on the plate… SERIOUSLY?!? This place was just very disappointing.
I’ve met the manager/​owner Wendell (not sure if he still owns the spot or manages it) — he was not there, I am certain isn’t even aware of how HORRIBLE the staff is. Wendell if you read this, you need to get your staff on check and inform your waitresses that SARCASM isn’t the way to go when dealing with customers.

Came here for my birthday, worst place!!! There was one server she was running all over the place. I ordered a paella the rice was plain seemed like it was put together at last moment plate was $ 30 and I left most of it because of how horrible it was. Ketchup came in McDonald packets, got plastic cups. She didn’t even is side dishes, we got our starting plates together with our entrée! No salt no dressing on salad. Place was horrible and the customer service horrible too! I don’t recommend this place! $ 70 and I didn’t eat a thing. Doesn’t even deserve the one star! Only good thing was the music playing on the background!!! Don’t come here!

Well, what can I say I was driving around the town and decided to stop at this spot and get some Friday dinner with the family, place wasn’t packed so we when in the server a little slow to seat us but after a few minutes we found a table (from 12 empty tables jajajaja)
Ordered some empanadas and drinks they where very good Colombian empanadas the main dishes took about 25 mins to be made so little disappointed about that. Also they didn’t accept the 20% off from Unilocal.
Overall the food was good and one of the best part they have parking…

Save your money!!!
My fiancé and I went to this place on April 29, 2015. It was 6 pm. It was empty at the time but couples trickled in. The waitress was rude and did not care for us. They were setting up for the night time and people were moving chairs and relocating furniture. We ordered Chicken Fajitas and it came with two sides said the waitress. So we ordered the beans and the tostones. When our the food came out the chicken fajitas had no fajitas! no fajitas!. I asked the waitress «where are the fajitas?» and she said that «oh you didn’t order it». She said rudely «It is not included and not part of the dish, and if you want I can order you some at an extra charge». I said «no thank you» and decided to eat my fajitas with a fork. My beans were cold and so was her food. She comes back later and throws some fajitas on our table and said «here i brought you 3». We were beyond dissatisfied not only with the environment but the horrible service. We will never ever go back to this place and tell everyone we know not to go here either. The WORST!!!

WORST PLACE TO COME EAT !!! Literally took 45 min to get my food and when I got it it was cold !! Asked to speak to manager and according to them there wasn’t one on WTF on a Saturday !!! and the waitress was so rude she was kept saying my food wasn’t cold ! That maybe it was me who just liked my food really really hot. Really WOW ! NEVER AGAIN

To say I was dissatisfied with this place would be a understatement. Not only was the food bland and old but the service was horrid. They turned the lights off in the whole place as soon as they served my entrée. The mofongo tastes like damp cereal, the churasco was wildly underseasoned and tough, and I COULDNT SEE WHAT I WAS EATING THE WHOLE MEAL. I ate with my flashlight on my phone on. Finally they didn’t even honor the first time check in coupon on 20%. Please don’t go here. Just stay home.

Came here on 5÷10÷14 with my family of 3. Ordered 2 rum and cokes from a server who could’ve cared less about us and immediately had an attitude when she saw us, server then brought 1 Remy and coke. Told the server the error, and she asked what Rum was. Problem #1.
Ordered our food and once it was brought out, no one came to check on us again. Mind you we were there for over 1 hour. What if we wanted to order something else? Needed a napkin? Server forgot our beans as well as another item, but as we had no service, there was no one to tell. Server checked on other tables and brought the bill to other tables, but never brought us a bill. In addition, when we got up to leave, the server came to clear the table, but never asked us how the food was, if everything was ok, etc. When we got up to get the bill, we explained our concern to the «manager», who seemed spaced out, and he had no response at all! Not even an apology. I said maybe he didn’t speak English, but my husband said he spoke to him when we first came in and his English was perfect.
So, with that being said, this was our first and last visit. This restaurant caters to the Spanish community only, as they were the only ones that rcvd service and were communicated with during our visit. This is a sure way to keep other nationalities away and represents extremely bad business and we’ll NEVER return or refer anyone to this place-​but we will let everyone know about our experience. I have never been treated this way by any business and hope this place gets it together.
They are brown just like me… no better and no worse. They should be ashamed–

Highly disappointed since we came here for the first time based on the Unilocal coupon for 20% and Las Palmas would not honor the coupon. They said there was a problem with the coupon between them and Unilocal and they could not honor it. I felt they should have honored it. I am the customer and should not get the short end of the stick. Management wouldn’t even come and talk to us. There was a lot of back and forth with the waitress.
Oh well, the food was pretty good.
