Very lovely place, There are actually two places to eat. One is a very nice restaurant for fine dining the other is more like a pizzeria. The food was hot and fresh. Sorry Joe could not wait for the photo before he drank his soda.

Great little neighborhood pizza place. Lots of locals and great staff. They were very friendly and fast. Just a casual t-​shirt and jeans place and it was clean and quiet besides the one off crazy guy on his cell phone. Had a Caesar salad to start and split a large pie. It was very good and came out fast. I would definitely make it a place to come when staying in EWR.

Great experience! We ate in the restaurant, not the pizzeria. The service was excellent, and they had some of the nicest staff. Highly recommend the Buffalo calamari with goat cheese! An interesting approach vs traditional calamari. They gave us a complimentary bite-​size dessert that was delicious as well. We will be back!

I didn’t actually eat here, but I did order a box of pizza for take out. The inside is very appealing, everything is nice and clean. All tables were clean as well. If I had the chance, I’d probably enjoy eating inside as well. I waited about 15 minutes for the pizza, which wasn’t very long considering I did not call prior to arriving. The pizza is AMAZING from here. It has to be the best tasting pizza in Elizabeth. The pie runs around 12 – 15, depending on the toppings you choose. It was amazing pizza taste that made me write this review. They also have a restaurant in the back, I’ll probably give that a try when I return.

Chicken parm is great. Pizza is delicious. Burger is good. Service is excellent. The wait time sucks so I strongly suggest you order ahead for pick up. Nice dining room in the back with bar. Great place to bring your lady for good Italian food.

Wow. Service can lack a little depending on the day but bottom line YOU CANNOT rush perfection. Food is great. They also adjust your meal … All you have to do is ask. LOVE THIS PLACE. Happy ending is definelty desert! FOR REAL REAL LOL

We ate in the restaurant not pizzeria. Started with the stuffed Portabella Mushroom. Loaded with shrimp and spinach. Also shared the seafood cake (a special app.). Crisp exterior with wonderful salmon and seafood flavors atop a tasty salad. Calamari was good .
The pizza– white with spinach. Wonderful crust, generous toppings. Atmosphere and service was warm and friendly. Definitely a neighborhood gem!

My brother-​in-​law found this place based on the reviews he read, we can’t thank him enough. Great food, wonderful sangria, waiter John is very professional and personable, owner Jerry made us delicious dessert to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday. We can’t wait to introduce this place to our friends.

The pizza is good but the people running this place take extra money out of your debit or credit card without letting you know me and my boyfriend have been victims of this. Might sue will not order again its scares me i have to speak with my bank! Its NOT OK TO TIP YOURSELF ON MY CREDIT CARD HORRIBLE!!! The driver guy who was older was so rude when he delivered saying don’t order this late order earlier no one wants to make this trip to downtown Elizabeth!!! The nerve !!! I am furious

I came here for the first time with my AP Biology class after an out of school study session and so my teacher treated us to pizza & I’ve gotta say I’ve never had buffalo chicken pizza that was so good! It was hands down amazing! They were quick to deliver with countless options of toppings in their menu! The workers themselves were great and very professional. Out of 5 starts I give this pizzeria a 5 as even now that I’ve gone away to college I find myself craving pizza from this specific pizzeria!

I’ve been a customer since 1987 when they were just a pizzeria. First of all, the service is excellent, food is so good. We just had a holiday party, family style, 5 course, with a good price. They give a lot of food, they don’t rush you… all I can say is for you to try them. The only drawback maybe would be the street parking. Park on Race St or Washington St.

2 seating choices: casual pizzeria side and fancier Italian restaurant side, same kitchen. You can get each menu on both sides. Good place for dinner before/​after a flight from/​to EWR (though a mapping app or GPS might be necessary for finding it).
EXCELLENT and very personal service. Good food. Everything was fresh and well-​prepared, and the server couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
Leave a few minutes for finding street parking — it’s in a densely parked residential neighborhood.

We decided to branch out of our normal go to Italian restaurants and come to Elizabeth after seeing the reviews of this restaurant. The food was so good. It was some of the best penne and vodka we ever had. The bread comes out warm and fresh you can’t stop eating it with the free bruschetta and peppers. I also had the goat cheese salad which was equally as good as the penne.

Michelinos is one of my favorite restaurants in Elizabeth. The food is always very good and I haven’t been disappointed yet. For starters I enjoy their pizza. Its very flavorful and not oily but it does tend to be very hot. The restaurant section which is in the back is very large with a well stocked bar in the middle and three decent sized and well decorated dining rooms. Their menu has some nice selections. My favorites are the Italian antipasto, fried calamari and the veal pork chop giambotta. Desserts are all made in house and very good.
