This has to be the worst pizza hut in NJ. You can’t order online, so you don’t get the specials. For two personal pans, 8 tiny pigeon-sized wings and two 20 oz sodas it was 22 bucks. Everyone behind the counter, except for the lady preparing food was dressed in clothes that were unkempt and looked dirty. Seriously. The delivery guy comes in the front door looking like he just got off shift from the garbage truck. The sign advertised two sodas for 2.50 and he charged me 3.00. When I asked he said, «that was the price before the, ahhhh», yes he was going to say tax. This place is the pits.

There online order was down. So I figured they would honor there«online» specials, because that’s what any business in this century does. Well I walked all the way there, and they could not«process» it because of some typical sales speel. Meanwhile we are all aware that a manager can override any coupons. Totally unfriendly staff. They obviously don’t look for repeat business.

This place is a joke. I placed an order online for the 2 medium 2 topping pizza special. I get a call a little while later saying that they are currently out of medium pan pizzas. Huh? Funny, this whole time I was under the impression that the pizzas were made to order so how does one specifically run out of just medium pizzas? Did you lose all the medium pans? Whatever, I digress. They offer to give me the 2 large 2 topping pizza special instead but tell me I have to cover the difference.(–__– ) Nope, don’t need all that food so I cancel the order and go back online and place an order for a large pan pizza. A couple mins later I see their number popping up on my caller ID and I’m preparing myself to hear that they coincidentally have now run out of large pizzas as well. No, instead they tell me that they aren’t doing deliveries anymore… an hour and half before closing. Hmm, well hello there Domino’s. Definitely sending a letter into corporate.

Don’t even think about ordering. Save yourself !! Order from another pizzeria I waited 5 hours for 1 pizza and a soda. When I got my pizza it was cold and stank like cigarettes. Worst service ever they put you on hold for over 20 min and the people working were just so nasty and don’t care. Had to call headquarters for them to fix the issue. Never again !!

So my boyfriend and I just waited over 3 hours for a pizza that never came. We ordered online at 8:50pm and paid with a credit card and, of course, the card was charged. We called several times and each time the same boy answered and had different excuses. When we called to know why our pizza was late at 10:30(an hour and a half after we ordered) we got, «well we don’t know where the delivery guy is. Do you really still want it?» Then I called an hour after to cancel and was told that they were already canceling orders because their system screwed up. Anyways, long story short: do not order here ever.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. This place is ran by teenagers. Horrible customer service. One day I ordered food for delivery, & was told that it would take an hour to be delivered. After 2 ½ hours of me waiting, I called the store back. It took me a good 3 times of calling before I got an answer. When I finally got an answer, I was told that I gave them the wrong number(which I did not, I know what my telephone number is) & that they had came to my house & delivered it to me & tried to call me but it was the wrong number. Bull crap. Anywho, I was very upset and told them that I did not give them the wrong number, & if I could place the order for re-delivery, since the already charged me. They told me no and to call back in the morning for a refund. I never got an apology from them or anything. Just an attitude. So, I call in the morning and asked for a refund. After waiting on hold for the«manager» for 10mins, I was again told to call back the next day to get a refund. I refused to do that and asked if they could just deliver the food to me instead of waiting for who knows how long to get a refund. I was told that there werent going to be delivery drivers until later on in the day. So I called back later on and asked again, then they told me there would be no delivery drivers for the rest of the night, only pick-up. So I decided to go walk & pick up the food because I was fed up at this point. I walked over to the pizza hut, which took me about 30 minutes. I get there, ask for my food, & they gave me the wrong order. So I had to sit there and wait for them to make my food. As im waiting, I see a delivery driver come into the store counting his tips. Furious, I went up to the man and asked him if he was the. delivery driver & he said yes. So I went up to the counter & asked them why I was told there would be no delivery driver all night, they just looked at me & gave me no answer. Finally got my food & walked out. Horrible service. I love pizza hut but hate that this is the only one in Elizabeth. Please shut this Pizza Hut down & open a new one. UPDATE: Just when I thought enough time passed(from when the last time I ordered from here) that Pizza Hut would clean up thier act. I was WRONG ! ANOTHERHORRIBLE experience very similar to the last experience I wrote about ^^^^ !!! WTF ???

2 hours for delivery 6 minutes away. Not the first time either… Everytime. It’s frozen pizza. Just heat it up and send it out. Every Pizza Hut I’ve ever been at is ready in 15 minutes. If it’s that crazy hire more people. Simple math.

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered online and got a call back saying due to staffing issues they couldn’t deliver my food. I’m fighting with them now because they never credited me back! Go to the PH on 22 and see Kathy!!! Much better time. This one sucks!

Be careful before you order. You will hear rudeness on other side of the phone. Expect delivery in twice the time. They said 45 mins and they delivered 1.5 hrs later. Do not expect to get your full order. And when you call to complain, expect to get blaimed. Order at your own risk.

Hm… How lonely am I getting? Write about Pizza Hut? lol Well, this I gotta write, cuz it never happen to me before, weirdos just around me, what can I say? lol Well, I went online, placed the orders, and after I clicked on submitted, I then realized it was marked as «curry out» and I wanted delivery So I called the store, no one pick up. Hm…no one pick up for business? Business must be booming. I tried, and I tried, after good 4 to 5 minutes, finally someone pick up, and… guess what? They hang up. lol Wow, now not only the business is booming, the business must be getting out of control. lol Well, online showing I placed the order at 8:52pm, and will be ready at 9:07pm for pick up. Is been over an hour, no one ever call and ask«when would I like to go pick up the pizza» NOONE I saw the last review, the lady was nice, after waited over 2 hours, she still giving them 3 stars? lol She much nicer then me If you around the area, MAKESUREYOUNOTCALLTHEM.

I’m going hard right now. See, it’s pizza hut so there is very little I can say in regards to the taste or quality of food. It is a chain and you are odd if you haven’t eaten it yet. What I want to say is that Pizza Hut is one of the few places that actually MADEGOOD on a bad experience. It was January, a cold and dark night. Also, my son’s 9th birthday sleepover. I ask all the kids, «GUYS, WHERESHOULD I GETPIZZA»? I hear a chorale of young people chant in unison… pizza hut. Ok, so I proceed with my online ordering. Couple hours later, no pizza. The cheerful chorale slowly turned into hungry cries. I call pizza hut and was told my order should arrive any moment. And it did, 45 minutes later. Me being an annoyed mom took to the old«corporate mud slinging» and wrote one hell of a complaint. The manager Sergio Pena was vigilant in seeing that I returned as a customer and gave me a 25 $ credit to use on a future order. That’s all I wanted. Someone to say sorry and give me something for free for having a bad experience. I did not want an excuse or a rationalization as to why my pizza was late, Ok? Learn from Pizza Hut!
