make sure everything they tell you is in writing. they may say alot of things at signing and not live up to their promises. they say there is ‘assigned’ parking and everyone gets a spot for a mere 30 dollars. but parking is limited and dont expect a spot. office staff has a very high turnover rate. elevators are often broken, and maintence staff are often lazy to fix electricity and looks for easy fixes, such as; plopping over a cover on switch or outlet and saying its fixed. stay far away and looks at other other apts in the area are a safe bet.
