Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from this Enterprise location on a regular basis because of my work. I have always found the staff there very willing to accommodation my needs and bend over backward to make sure I am taken care of. I have found that to be true at the other Enterprise locations I have used around the country. Their customer service is the best!

I have used this particular Enterprise location about 6 times now and it’s been a great experience each time. I’ve rented from Enterprise for years in other locales and you seem to get a pretty consistent experience with them, but I’ll choose this Elizabethton location over the Johnson City location any time. I’ve been upgraded for free every time I’ve rented here. The rental process is pretty seamless and fast as long as you remember their needs (have your driver’s license, major credit card and your insurance card with you). Everyone here has been pretty friendly. I think there’s a new manager there, Carla, and she’s very good. I had 7:30 am return time on Monday and when I got there at 7:10, she already had the office opened doing business… she said «hopefully this will help people returning cars this morning get to work a little sooner». Little things like that really impress me.
