I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I was going to try the eggplant or the Philly cheesesteak because people had recommended them to me, but I copied my friend and got the chicken, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, cayenne, alfredo, bow tie pasta. It was great and I didn’t think I would like anything there mostly because of the location and décor. I would eat there again, but not really soon because it was not a healthy dish. My husband loved the calzone and he loves being able to pick his own fillings. Also, we ordered the cannoli and it tasted like it had been in the fridge or freezer for quite a while. A friend got tiramisu and it was a little squishy. Next time I’ll probably skip on dessert. Great for what it is in a small town and cheaper than Olive Garden.

The eggplant parm is killing! It’s very crispy, well-seasoned, and the sauce is great. Everyone who’s had eggplant parm has had a soggy flavorless version at some point. Primos got it right! Even if you THINK you don’t like eggplant, you gotta try it. The pizza is also really fantastic, particularly the Greek.

Excellent Italian food, large portions, we usually take half our meal home. They aim to please and will honor exceptions to the menu as stated. One of our favorites is the Greek pizza. Very tasty and healthy(Mediterranean diet). Perhaps a bit of a stretch, but it is so good! Great pasta dishes. Love the eggplant Parmesan. Lasagna is yummy. The atmosphere inside is fine but not elegant — it’s casual. On cold days the seating near the door can be very breezy. We try to be seated in the back area where it’s warmer. Definitely a place we return to regularly.

Love this place. Went there weekly since it opened. Consistently hits the mark and darned good. Coupons are frequently on the back of Ingles receipts. Then the bad news – I moved away. But when I visit, this is top of the list to come back to. Always. Well worth it.

Atmosphere: Average décor, nothing special, nothing that stuck out as amazing. Average family restaurant. Service: Good service. Waitress checked back on our party multiple time, refilled drinks way before they were empty, and even offered drinks in to go cups. No complaints. Food: We were there for lunch. I only had the italian sandwich which came with a side of what appeared to be homemade chips. I felt like it had too much bologna which overpowered the taste of the sandwich. From the others at by table, the serving sizes were pretty significant. Cost: Average pricing. Overall: Can’t really assess a restaurant by one sandwich, so probably will be going back.

I love Italian food and by far this is one of my top places to go. I get cravings for there stuff. No alcohol, very fam friendly, large servings, delicious.

We found this place because of a television ad. It is a bit out of the way, but that’s okay. The food is excellent. I fell in love with the garlic knots on the app list. Every entrée I’ve had has been prepared perfectly. The first review is right. This food is prepared with LOVE. They offer a baked cheese ravioli that is beyond compare. Highly recommended! Their desserts are magnificent, too. My only complaint – and it’s hardly a big issue – is with the height of the side benches. They are uncomfortable.

Family run restaurant, Italian fare. Located in a small shopping center across the highway from Wal-Mart in Elizabethton. Subs, spaghetti, pasta. The food is prepared with love. Friendly staff. Good cheeses, good bread, good pasta. Very clean. To go or eat in. It’s not the busiest shopping center around. Somebody had to tell us about the place. It’s worth knowing about. Of note, we asked if they ever considered serving wine, and the owner said of course, but they decided against it. It’s very much a family place, and in Elizabethton, TN that means no alcohol. Too bad, but you can take it home and open a bottle of Chianti.
