Communicative, affordable, friendly. These guys are pretty awesome. I dropped off a washer for repairs — they got to work on it within the same week. They called twice with status updates and were friendly and helpful each time they called. I can’t ask for anything more in a local store. I’ve been in there many times for fridge filters and they didn’t disappoint on repairs either. I’m a fan of local if they serve well and these guys definitely did. AVOID THE BIG BOX STORES, go local! :) I’m coming back here to buy a dryer soon.
