The staff is knowledgeable and always kind and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable. The wait time for service is always reasonable, and if there is any delay you are kept updated. The staff is able to explain things clearly and helps you with no pressure to weigh your options on what repairs or purchases are necessary. I am a repeat customer because of this integrity and no pressure and never making me (a non-​car repair expert!) ever feel rushed or stupid.
I’ve been to Berger’s four times– 2 with a nail in the tire and once a total blow out and once for alignment issues after repairs done elsewhere. They are very honest, hardworking and a well run shop with fair prices. By far superior
