I would go here just to get my favorite chicken caesar salad wrap. Coming from an hour away, you can imagine my disappointment when the waitress said they got rid of the item and no longer make it. With not much else on the menu that enticed me, I decided to try a burger. It tasted ok, but not worth the price. I doubt I’ll be back for a while. Bring back my caesar wrap!!!

What has happened to this place, it used to be great. I got the ribs today, they were so dry and old, they were also over cooked. Worst ribs I ever had. I also ordered a Caesar side salad the lettuce was old and brown .For over 20 dollars you would expect to be able to eat more than the bake potato which was good. Wish I could give a zero. Last visit for me.

Very limited menu here. My husband ordered the chef salad, I ordered the chicken salad and soup and my son ordered the bluegrass special. All the food was good but nothing to write home about. Our server was good and friendly.

Wish I could give 0 stars. What even is this place?! Walked in and we were greeted and seated immediately. That was the only plus. Chairs are old and rickety and the table was so sticky, no amount of antibacterial wipes could remove the funky residue. Highchair was broken and dirty. Menu was small and place was dingy. Gross. Got up and left. I honesty don’t know how this place is still in business.

Salads are great. This is not the place for prime rib or steaks. Stick with the burgers or salads. Very clean

went in on a sunday didnt seem too busy, good sign, got seated right away, good sign. took five minutes to get a waiter, bad sign, got drinks quickly, good sign. came back five minutes later and took our order, not bad. food got to us within 20 minutes, not good not bad. food was delivered by a runner and not waiter. waiter never returned. food was wrong, salad dressing was wrong on salad, and the soup was cold. soup and salad? really? never got refills on our drinks. had to ask for our bill. and it was wrong. after we left we called and talked to the manager and they were defensive and not open to comments. told me they would send me a fifty dollar gift card. looked in the mail today and got a free entrée?

Four words. Thai Garlic Chicken Tenders!!! Sure their an appetizer but I can literally eat them as an entrée, simply delicious. Any lover of the flavor Mango the Mango Sweet Tea is a must. The servers i have experienced were super nice and attentive. My refills kept flowing and i was consistently greeted with a smile.

Raffertys is not a bad choice when eating in Elizabethtown. The food is pretty good, I really like the fried pickles. My wife loves the Big Memphis bbq sandwich. As for entrees the ribs are very good meat but the sauce is simply ok. It does have a decent spice. I also like the Bluegrass special chicken sandwich. The honey croissants are really good. The prices are ok for what you get and the service is ok but nothing to write home about. They do have a nice set of tvs set to sports if you are going on gameday. Overall the food is pretty good at an average price with average service.

I didn’t know how important it was to see your food to enjoy enjoy your food It was so dark in Rafferty’s you wonder what they do not want you to see?

Excellent service… We always have great food and wonderful attentive wait staff… We had one small issue with the way my boyfriend’s meal was cooked, but the management made it right so fast we barely noticed. We will continue to be regulars here!

The food was great… once my wife received hers correctly. First she had to send it back because her side order was wrong then she had to send it back because her steak wasn’t cooked the way she had ordered it. Today was Mother’s Day and my wife didn’t get any real apology for getting her order messed up twice. We asked for water 3 times till it came towards the end. When it came to paying we asked for the generous military discount… Right!!! I thought it was 15%? Apparently it’s less than 6% since our tax was $ 5.90 and our military discount was $ 5.10 of a $ 62 bill? Like said food tasted awesome if you can get past sending it back and not getting what you ordered.

Long wait times for food with staff that seemed to stumble about haphazardly. Things weren’t terrible, but this place seems like it has a lot of room for improvement. I can’t recall how many times food was delivered to the table when it didn’t belong to my group. The waitress would look puzzled whenever one of us would say that it wasn’t ours. The steak was decent, but not worth what I paid for it.

Ok… so, I’ve eaten here off & on since the place opened & never been moved to write a review, either + or -. Food was usually fair to mid’ling…w/ service to match. I mean, it was annoying to discover that they installed a ba-google sports screens in the main dining area a year or so ago… but, meh… Was willing to deal with not being able to conduct a normal conversation w/my dinner companions because I could appreciate a few of the menu items. Was willing to get over being annoyed by the fact that staff is deeply befuddled by any group size greater than 6 and majorly put out by any party that isn’t either a 2 or 4 top. Hosts seem pretty regularly bum-effing-fuzzled by the least thing, which I can only assume indicates poor training. Was willing to write off that they need exterminator services on their deck. On my latest visit, It was annoying to sit in the bar and«get» to hear the manager discuss(at length & detail) his relationships with corporate & payment schedules and contractors and blah freaking blah, blah, blah… normally, would have just gotten over it.(But since I’m here already: Dear Whosit; I’m here for dinner. I don’t give a great dog-damn about your payment arrangements with your suppliers or who jumped the gun approaching the ‘home office’ for payment. And I shouldn’t need to hear about that fra-fra. I’m here for dinner. You’re supposed to be a manager, not the effing king of happy hour. STFD, STFU.) Frankly, ALL of that wouldn’t have sparked a review at all. Water off a duck’s back, and all… Here’s what makes Mama angry: Bartender is useless… Waited around 10 minutes at an empty bar before staff approached me at all, to basically say that, maybe, someone capable of taking even a drinks order would, possibly, be with me, «ummm…shortly?» Seriously. It was well over a half hour after that that my meal order was taken. I waited over 20 more minutes for my bill, post-meal service(at a bar with three other patrons), then an additional 15 minutes WITHCASHONTHETABVISIBLE, without any attention. while all manner of dipshit bar nonsense went on and on(all, again, with literally three patrons plus two arrivals at the bar — «Oh, you have Sandy-from-Grease-hair? Oh, wow, isn’t that effing interesting!»), I was ready to throw a nutty. Interestingly, within three minutes of putting a card down, replacing the cash, contact was made. I have absolutely no doubt that the bartender was delaying to see whether I’d just walk away from my change(a 40% tip). Which I would have felt perfectly comfortable doing(typically, when I’m eating alone, I tip at least $ 5 on any bill $ 20 or less, or 25% — whichever is more), except that MYORDERWASVERYCLEARLYWRONG and wasn’t checked before service, there was spoiled lettuce in my salad, my draft had ice in it, and, frankly, I had to hear all about the bartender’s apartment /house search and the manager’s nonsense(see above — he, at least, should have known better). For X-sake…is this a business or a clubhouse? Y’all should really just rope off the bar for card carrying members if it’s the latter, since I’d really rather just know up front that I’m not welcome. This is some bullsh*t, fer sher.

We went here on August 27th and I was not impressed with the ribs. They were really hard to chew. It was like they were over done or left over from the previous day. They do give you a lot of broccoli so I was able to fill up on that.

Ok, I have been here a handful of times and every single time we are there, they always mess something up on the order. The food is ok, not the best I’ve ever had but certainly not the worst. My main complaint is the service. I have ordered steak almost every time and it has NEVER been cooked correctly. It’s either over cooked or under cooked. I always order Medium Well… not that difficult. Slight pink in the middle but I either receive it cooked all the way through or bleeding onto my plate. They have always tried to correct the orders so thumbs up for that but I just can’t honestly say that the food is out of this world. I’ve had MUCH better.

I’ve always had great service here, and the food is solid. Plus it’s a local chain restaurant, not a mega-Sisco corporation. The fried mushroom appetizer is my absolute favorite, and they offer a 15% military discount. Nice décor, clean, great location. Not sure why this place always gets low reviews.

Used to think it was good but got food poisoning from the Ribs and lost 5 pounds. Other than that — ok. Salmon is like the size of a paperclip and way to expensive for that. Love the croissants with honey.
