So I rented this place in early December and paid for the month right then, which is normal. Late December, I paid for January and February at the same time. Here it is, mid February and I get a notice that February is not paid and a late fee is being tacked on. Luckily, I had the receipt and took it to them. With receipt in hand, the gentleman at the counter spends 5+ minutes looking around at records before deciding they made a mistake and we were correct. Looks like I’ll be saving all payment receipts from these guys. All units seem to be booked, no progress on gates or cameras.
