I am not happy with the company, T-Mobile. I have been having issues for some time about getting my corporate discount to apply to my account so decided to visit a store about it, to no avail. «It’s an online issue» so I’m still waiting on that. Meanwhile, I’ve been interested in upgrading two of the phones on my account so about 3 weeks ago while visiting a t-mobile store a Sony Xperia z3 caught my interest. Before committing I wanted to do some comparisons with other phones and decided that phone was exactly what I wanted. Seeing it STILLDISPLAYED in the store and ready to make the purchase, but was told after a brief search from the salesman that it was no longer available through T-Mobile and that it was suggested that I buy one from Amazon or some other on-line place then bring it back to have it programed for me. That was VERY unacceptable and was steered to the Samsung device for more money(imagine that), so with my family with me and not wanting to be the bad guy I had to settle for something I did not come to purchase. I felt like a victim of the old bait and switch… I think T-Mobile should of marked down the phone I had to settle for. It’s not the salesman fault nor mine that they can’t reset displays once a phone is discontinued an out of stock. You’d better get on the ball T-Mobile, There’s plenty of competition for my business…
