AMC Mongolian Moving Company

This is worst place I ever had. Terrible terrible moving company!!! This company managed make it so much worse than it had to be. They are terrible communicators, never call when they say they will, show up many many hours late, and then lie straight to the customers’ face when confronted about it. I selected them based on the reviews on these sites, and honestly.
I booked 9am and they didn’t show up. Then i called 9:35am. They just cancelled my reservation no reason. Its just worst moving experience ever myself. Do not pick this company,

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I booked a move for 9am and they didn’t show up. I called at 9:15 and the guy in the office looked up my reservation and assured me the movers were on the way and to expect them in 45 minutes.
Well, 10am went and passed and I called again. The office guy seemed incredibly confused and told me to call the movers. I called the movers and they told me to call the office, and then hung up on me. I called the office again and the guy promised they’d come at 11:45.
I found a different moving company and was immediately struck by the vast difference in the level of professionalism and competence. Those movers (who I will write a 5 star review for next) called me to confirm, called when their last job finished to let me know they were on the way, and arrived ten minutes early. Pick literally ANY other moving company, I have moved every year for 6 yrs and have never had service this terrible. The office guy had literally no idea what was going on and where/​why the dispatchers and movers hadn’t sent anyone to my apartment, and he kept lying to cover it up. These people should be ashamed of their (barely run) company.

This company is horrible.
We scheduled 2 weeks ago and right the day before moving day I got a call from them that they can’t come at 11am and they promised to come at 6pm .
So the moving day we waited… they didn’t show up .at 7pm
We called asked what is going on. and this horrible company says movers extended the before moving for 1 more hour so they will start to come to our place in an hour. which will be 8pm… Ok. Since we had no choice… and believed that and waited. well 8:20 they didn’t show up. keep called them and they say they will check and will call us back. They didn’t call back to us. We kept calling and the manager of there offer me three movers not two movers we ordered. As we didn’t have lots of things to move so we said keep two movers which we promised…9pm .kept calling and calling they said the mover will come .and we asked the phone number of driver. I called to driver and he says «Can we go there another day???» WTF ??? I got worried that they decide to not to show up so I begged them to come… and they showed finally at 10 pm!!!
Ok after two hours of moving process, I was about to pay them and movers let me talk with boss about the fees… and that boss guy asked me $ 60 more than I settled two weeks ago. Avoid this company. SERIOUSLY.

Terrible experience and general lack of professionalism. We had the elevator in our high-​rise booked from 2−4pm. We had confirmed with them the day before and the morning of the move. When 2:30 pm came around, they were unresponsive — the woman at the headquarters said the movers would call us right back, and they never called. When we finally got a hold of them at 3pm, they said it would be another 40 minutes. We had to cancel the move and reschedule with another company for a different day. They are the worst.

I had the worst experience with this moving company where they never showed up on the move out day. I called them several times and got a very poor response *****Don’t trust these guys and stay away**********
