This location is very busy in the mornings like most Dunkin Donuts locations are. The big difference is that only one person is staffed to juggle all the responsibilities, which negatively impacts the waiting time to get served. The one staff member somehow manages to handle this stressful situation with a smile and does her very best to provide the excellent service.
If you want to receive service with a smile and are willing to patiently wait your turn… This location is for you.
This store could easily have 5 stars with an additional staff member to split the responsibilities with. I can’t even imagine how one staff person is expected to take breaks with no one to help cover the work. Shame on the management team for sacrificing the Dunking Donuts reputation of being America’s favorite coffee store in what appears to be either an attempt to save money or plain incompetence in staffing their store to meet the demands of the customers.
