This is my favorite place to get butter chicken pizza. Great staff as well, they always greet me upon entering. Their pizza tastes delicious. Today I decided to try their chili chicken pizza and it was amazing! Definitely have to try it!

Best Indian restaurant in area. Very fast service. Had their chilli paneer pizza. It was amazing just the way I wanted well done spicy and legit amount of toppings and sauces. The garlic nann and chicken curry was bomb. Definitely will come again.

Very bed quality. I ordered thali which is very costly as they don’t even give roti or Naan. Not even daal and salad was not even washed. Paneer sabji looks like they gave added color. Not at all satisfied.

Their butter chicken curry is so so so good! If you don’t finish it there, they give you separate containers for the rice and curry.

I wasn’t impressed by the butter chicken. Nonetheless, the staff is really nice. Perhaps I’ll come back and sample something else from them, and give them a higher rating.

The pizza we ordered(butter chicken pizza) and it did not taste like butter chicken at all. Not only that, the pizza had hardly/close to no cheese and was mostly covered with just bell peppers. For the price, I reckon you could find a better pizza anywhere else. Also, the cooks did not wear any hair net or hats to keep hair out of the food. And they all had a lot of hair. So that was a turnoff.

I have drove past this place multiple times questioning if a place that slings both pizza and curry is going to hit the mark on either or, well today I have the answer to my question! Went in and had the butter chicken curry, it has a healthy portion of chicken and a solid base of basmati rice, then I finished up with the vegetable samosa, so good! Service was fast, prompt and very friendly, if your taste buds require something other than the run of the mill chain restaurants in Elk Grove I definitely suggest stopping in!!!

So. I ordered food to go and it was ready when I got there: Overall, customer service was decent. I walked in and there were indian girls ordering but were straight up #McStareBears like they haven’t seen a filipino person in an Indian Restaurant before. It was also annoying because the Indian guy who came in after me was trying to cut me and when I was at the register, he was standing right in front of the register like it was the thing to do while I was paying! LOL I know their customers have nothing to do with it but– just sharing my experience! The guy at the register was nice though, he had to take a phone call before he helped me and made sure it was alright with me before he picked it up! =) I gave only 1 star because I felt like the food was bland AND1 more star because customer service was decent and in the future I will probably give this place another try to see if some of the other choices on the menu are tastier. Chicken Biryani w/Raita– was bland and made with not that many spices. It was dry and I think they also put scrambled eggs in it like fried rice. well it looked like egg and tasted like it! It was just really bland. Butter Chicken– was watery BUT the chicken cubes were tender. It was bland as well. Vegetable Samosas with the two sauces: were good! Garlic Naan– was yummy and tasted fresh! Gulab Jamun– was hard.

Well i hope your best friend is porcelain because the bathroom is your first stop. I had to review this place with one star because i cant give this place a negative. But seriously the WORST place to get curry. Pay extra to go somewhere else definetly NOT worth it. Oh and if you have nice countertops like i do at my house. DONOT spill it or even set it down on them it stained the hell out of them. I spent $ 20 for two butter chicken curry and definetly have had way better the first two or three bites are spicy and great but after four or five bites say hello to bland and your stomach turning inside out. If you like customer service or work in the food industry then you know what it is like to be greeted nicely. Do not go in to this place if you have no idea what you want. The first guy didnt even know how to say hello or how’s your evening going. I asked what the closet thing to yellow curry and had to have someone else come and talk to me and even he had no idea. I was trying to ask him about my shellfish allergy and he just looked at me like i was an alien. My boyfriend hadnt decided and the guy already was rushing me like he had to be somewhere. All i can say is HORRIBLE.

I’ve had the butter chicken, which was quite good(and I had plenty of Indian food in Dubai, which can feel like Dubaindia), but I love, love and love the butter chicken pizza. You should eat one at your earliest convenience. And the prices are reasonable, service is efficient and friendly, too.

We like this place a lot! In addition to more traditional pizza varieties, there is a selection of unique Indian-fusion pizzas that I was excited to try. I tried the Mango Tango(didn’t care for it myself, but my husband loves it), Butter Chicken(very yummy), and the Curried Chicken(my favorite of the three). The staff were friendly and assisted promptly, and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Highly recommended if you are in the mood for something a little different!

Pizza and curry doesn’t sound like the best combination but who knew it would turn out so perfect? After seeing many friends post pictures of pizza from this place, I knew I had to give it a try. Ever since my first time I’ve ordered here, I’ve been back almost every week. I always order their butter chicken pizza and it is the best pizza ever! I don’t even crave pizza but this place makes me crave it constantly. The chicken and the toppings go so well together and you can taste the hint of curry. Along with the pizza, I also like to order the chicken curry. It has a great spice and it comes with Indian rice. It can’t get any better with pizza and a side of curry. Try this place out! I promise it won’t be your last time.

This was my first time trying Indian/Pizza fusion, and I absolutely loved it! I got the butter chicken pizza(spicy) and it was delicious! For all you spicy lovers, it’s not incredibly spicy but just the right amount for me — especially when topping it with crushed pepper. For those who prefer a milder option, they have mild/medium hot as well! Something that stood out to me was how healthy it tasted. There were plenty of veggies as toppings and the pizza wasn’t greasy at all. I’ll definitely be returning here to try other options — possibly their non-pizza menu items as well.

GREATPIZZA, AVERAGEINDIANCUISINE. After craving Indian food for the past week, I knew that I could hold out no longer. As Elk Grove has pretty limited choices, I decided to go with what others have said is a pretty solid choice. Let’s review! QUALITY/SELECTION: 3⁄5 Considering I have a healthy disdain for pizza, I was more hoping for some premium chicken and spices. Unfortunately, I was left a bit wanting. There were ample choices with pizza, entrees, appetizers, and drinks. I ordered a butter chicken pizza, samosas, and a sweet lassi. The samosas were pretty average; no burst of flavor. The mint and tamarind chutneys helped a bit, but even those were somewhat less flavorful than usual. The lassi had a nice thick consistency and good yogurt flavor, but still lacked the cardamom or whatever spice flavor usually in it. That leaves the pizza. The butter chicken pizza was surprisingly spicey(hot), but overall lacked the actual flavor of butter chicken. I felt as if they made a batch of butter chicken, picked the chicken out of the dish, and placed it on a normal pizza. The crust has the perfect crisp and thickness-about 3/8inch. Fresh cilantro and peppers added a good zest. Not too greasy, just enough for another facet of flavor. The girlfriend loves pizza and had a blast there. The pizza does not rely upon the indian food, but rather vice versa. AMBIANCE: 3⁄5 Considering that this place used to be a different pizzeria, it looks like a pizzeria. I really like the light fixtures, but everything else is just reminiscent of any other pizza place that you have been in. Eight or so tables, order up front, big menu up top. Pretty average. At least the parking is ample. PRICE: 3⁄5 Samosas were 2 for $ 2.99, pizza was small for 10 bucks or so, lassi was 2. It was a very filling dinner for the price, but larger pizzas and the actual entrees can get pretty pricey. SERVICE: 5⁄5 I was greeted with a smile and ordered promptly. The guy was courteous and cashed us out quickly. Our food came out quickly. We got everything desired. OVERALLIMPRESSION: I would say that if you love pizza and want to try a new flavor, then this is definitely the place to go. It was better than many other pizza places that I have been to in the past. However, if you are looking for properly spiced, high quality Indian cuisine then I would probably go elsewhere.

With this whole pizza movement going on, I thought this review would be beneficial to all of my avid pizza lovers! Tired of ordinary chain brand pizza? That makes two of us. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll eat any pizza that’s in front of me, but First Choice Pizza and Curry takes pizza to another level! I ordered a medium Butter Chicken pizza and nearly had the entire pie to myself! After taking the first bite I literally blurted out«Mmmm» to express my satisfaction! The flavors were so interesting; slightly spicy, yet delicious! I also had a mango lassi, which tasted like any other lassi, but still good! Overall, I had a great experience at First Choice Pizza and Curry. The service was great, my meal came out quickly, and the facilities were clean. I would definitely come back again! Thank you Pizza and Curry staff!

This restaurant sells Indian food(curries, samosas, drinks and more) and pizzas. What makes this place unique from other usual Indian cuisine or pizza places is their fusion menu items. They have a Butter Chicken pizza and other choices, which is awesome(I still have to try this). The boyfriend and I have never tried the pizza here so we can’t speak for the pizza but the Chicken Curry was delicious! Perfect spice level, very savory and delicious. The curry usually comes out piping hot which is just how I like it! Hands down, my favorite dish when dining here. The Butter Chicken wasn’t as good as the Chicken Curry. It was very creamy in a bland way and wasn’t spicy enough. It did not have flavorful spices that I’ve tasted at other places. Compared to the Chicken Curry, the taste was subpar. The garlic naan was delicious as well. Freshly baked, with a nice aroma. Not sure if we were supposed to do so, but we dipped this with the brown and green sauce that came with the samosas and it was delicious! Not pictured are the vegetable samosas that we ordered which comes with 2 in an order. It tasted delicious with the two sauces they offered(a tamarind sauce & green basil/mint(?) puréed sauce) which we had to ask for more of to dip with our naan because it was delish! The samosas itself had an abundant amount of spices with a slight kick to it. It was wonderful. I’ve been here two other times and the staff/owners here are always friendly, sincere, and helpful. Excellent service! My recommendation would be for the owners to create a restroom cleaning/restocking schedule since the lady’s room was out of paper towels and soap. Overall, we’re always happy with food and service and leave satisfied. :)
