Let me say when you order here be careful of what they give you. Have been here twice in the last week. Both time ordered a double western bacon cheese burger. Both time was given a single western bacon cheese burger. This can’t be an accident but has to be intentional. Won’t be back. Why do fast food workers thing they deserve $ 15 an hour when this is how they feel they should behave. Will not be back. To many other options when looking for a quick bite. Will be reporting this to corporate as well.

I wanted a chocolate malt shake. Is that hard to make, or do you need diagrams for the crew? There was no chocolate or no malt… My fried zucchini seemed like it was doubled fried to make seem hot.
So I thought I would try it again. Well burger bread hard, and zucchini is saggy

Customer service is terrible! They would not take my money because it went through the wash… Manager was so rude yelling through the store… just unnecessary.

The customer service inside was terrible and very rude if not fir the good $ 4 deal i would have went to mcdonalds next door

Service was great Krishan took my order perfect was friendly and warned me of the debt charge. Food was good even for carls. Place was clean.

We ordered food here two weeks ago at the drive thru. I was craving the ground beef hard Tacos off the Green burrito menu, I ordered 3 ground beef hard tacos. My husband ordered a burger combo Famous star I think. Anyways we get our bag of food. I look in the bag and there is a styrofoam container, I open the container and 3 measly tacos are in side. Each taco shell had barely a tablespoon of ground beef with a mess of shredded lettuce and cheese all over the container. The taco shells were cold and broken like they’d been sitting for a long while. I was so upset. I’ve never had food served to me in such poor conditions ever. I ended up getting a refund. I really didn’t want to return the food cause it was only a few dollars for the tacos but I was just so disappointed that they had just slopped them together like that and thought I was gonna be fine with it. I’ve been eating Carl’s Juniors-​Green burrito Ground Beef Hard Tacos for years, since a kid, I know are they’re supposed look. #1 individually wrapped with #2 a fresh cooked shell loaded with ground beef filling and Salsa with #3 a little fresh shredded lettuce and cheese. Next time I’ll just stop at the Jimboy’s down the street or Taco bell for almost the same price at least I get fresh Tacos. I won’t be eating at this Carl’s Junior for a long while, if ever again.

Their regular girl at the window is on it, with a positive additude, although she repeats herself. My order is always right. This has been our Carl’s Jr since we moved in the area!

It’s fast food, I don’t expect it to be 5 star quality. However, the woman taking my order had said «my pleasure» at least 15 times. Like I swear on my life I was about to just leave. I appreciate her good attitude, but come on.

This location is horrible. They have decent service but the food is disgusting. I have called them in the past about them using old oil. I did not return for months only to have the same problem the next time I returned. After another couple of months of not eating there I tried again. This time the produce in my meal tasted like it was old. like noticeably old. This location is only a few blocks from my house but im so dissatisfied with the quality of the food that I will probably never eat there again. If you want Carl’s Jr avoid this one!

Great food for a good price. I had the big country burrito for breakfast and it blows mc Donald’s breakfast burritos outa the water

I don’t go to fast food establishments expecting much, but this place never fails to disappoint. If you only want Carl’s jr. Find a different location.

Good food but pathetic staff, at least on Wed, Dec 27, 2012. I was the third of three customers that didn’t get there orders right after waiting over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I tried to use there suggestion box forms and found 1 pencil with usable lead in the store, then could not find the suggestion box. The people fixed the order, but were rude.

I’m gonna come out and say it… Carls Jr. 6 dollar burgers are AWESOME ! I hesitate to say how good they are because I know there will be plenty of opinions on who has the «best burger». The Original Six Dollar burger is as good as it gets. If you think I’m wrong then I challenge you to find a better one. Times up. You lost. Carls Jr wins.

Ate here because it was late in the evening and I was starving. Nothing was open at late evening, so I got myself a Taco Salad. I liked it. The veggies were fresh. It was average service. Nothing too extravagant to say. It is fast food.
Clean and easy to eat at.

who would have thought Carl’s Jr would have good tacos and at a buck a pop? The crunchy beef tacos reminds me of the tacos at Valley Hi school. Yep I went there. That should explain it all haha! Anyway, the mystery meat is perfectly seasoned and stuffed in a crunchy taco shell with cheese, diced tomatoes and cheap shredded lettuce. Pretty good and I’m sober. I also like the portobela mushroom 6 dollar burger.
