A few months ago I found out I had termite in my parent’s house, so we shopped around for solutions. Chester came out and did a free inspection and went through everything with great details and offer multiple solutions based on prices. We decided to replaced all the wood as well as windows and found Chester’s quote to be the best value. We definitely don’t want to bandage the termite problem, we want to eliminate it for good.
Chester and his team did an outstanding job on the repair. They handled all the scaffolding and kept us up to date on everything during the process. They even found areas that weren’t built to code from previous builder, and repair them at no additional cost! Everything was sealed up with no chance of termite returning.
They removed the scaffolding within 2 days after the project was done and even came back 2 weeks later to double check to make sure everything was satisfactory. The work was done so well on the two rooms that it makes the rest of the house look old. I would highly recommend them if you want something that’s done right and done promptly.

Chu construction did a fabulous job replacing our windows, and replaced an old slider with french patio doors. Now we are in the midst of having him take out a wall between our kitchen and dining room to open things up. It is nearly complete and I am so please with the project so far! Only painting and adding hardwood to the floor where the old wall used to be now. I highly recommend Chu construction. Next he is updating our spare bathroom.
