Dennis and Debbie are an awesome team to work with on any home project. I hired Dennis to paint inside and out, and replace about 1200 sqft of carpet with laminate and update the fixtures throughout the house. Dennis came in, did a lap around the house, knew everything about the home by heart, spotted a bunch of issues and quoted me on a super fair price. After he finished the work, all I can say is WOW! I had no idea the house would look this good, he crushed it and brought better ideas, smarter fixes, and kept costs low without sacrificing quality. I am in AWE of his work, the house is not only looks amazing, its spotless, they left it infinitely cleaner then I imagined. If you need a pro, go with Dennis, he’s made the process painless and did an amazing job, I cant wait to do another project with him.

We just had our high ceiling and walls done today with a reasonable price and done in 2 days, Dennis and his wife are a very nice and friendly couple, took care of everything and even tried to put our furniture back to where it was and tried to find our vacuum to clear up our carpet, highly suggested, and will sure have them to take care of other problems we have around the house!

My problem was a smoke detector alarming «low battery» (it even talks), every 2 minutes placed in the center on top of my very high vaulted ceiling. No one I knew had an A-​frame ladder or pole tall enough to reach it.
I called Dennis on a Monday and made an appointment for the next day to fix the problem. I tried other handymen and they were either booked for a few days or did not have the equipment to fix my problem!
Dennis and his wife came out exactly on time and fixed the problem in minutes. He has a huge A-​frame ladder with an extension piece if needed, so I know no home job is too high for him.
I paid $ 50 for the battery fix. This is nothing compared to renting a ladder and then renting a truck to transport the ladder or even buying a ladder!
This team is super nice and friendly. Dennis’ wife was so sweet to hug me goodbye. I know these guys are hard-​working, dedicated and just overall good, fair people. I now have a handyman I can trust!

We have a property in Elk Grove and found Dennis to be reasonable and have high quality of work.
I recently had to call him a few times to confirm work and he was professional… no matter how much I bothered him for a small job.

Terrible! Not dependable and terrible customer service.
Dennis never called to say that he could not make his appt last night — we had to call him to ask him where he was. We reschedule for this morning. He never showed up! TWO FAILS. I tried to call. The number is disconnected! Three strikes.

Found Dennis’ name in our local newspaper four years ago and have since worked with them on two major house overhauls on two separate rental properties. Can’t say enough about these guys, the first of the two houses was done four years ago and the work has held up, they literally brought this house from drywall and nothing else to a functioning (and beautiful) house with almost no input/​assistance from us. Fast, easy to deal with, and no complaints with the work.
More recently we called them back on a brand new rental property that needed new floors, interior and exterior paint, and a multitude of repairs from the home inspection. We literally handed them the inspection, told them to make it look as nice as possible while staying in budget and didn’t look at the house ’til it was done. 8 days later we have a gorgeous house with brand new paint, pergo, covered patio, and a ton of other repairs all of which needed no direction from us. Stayed in budget and they were extremely efficient.
Really can’t say enough about these guys for any type of home job, we’ll use them again for any type of work we need done!

We had an extremely negative experience with Den’s Quality Painting. It is a family business that includes Dennis Sr., his wife and Dennis Jr.
Deb and Dennis Jr. we’re very hard working and a pleasure to deal with, but Dennis, the owner, was completely unprofessional and in the end gave us terrible service and a sub-​par product. After spending thousands we will never spend another dime with this company. Be prepared for many promises but don’t ever expect him to actually keep them. You have been warned.

Very good service. Dennis came over with his son and installed a bathroom faucet and removed the old electrical outlet running from a previous tub I had removed many years ago. Charged me a decent $ 75. Very nice and knowledgeable man that seems to know his profession. Will use his service again if I need work done around the house.

Den and Deb came and installed my chandelier in my living room. Even though the wiring did not match up (due to my house being built in the ’40’s) Dennis was immediately able to identify and fix the wiring. They had my chandelier up in less than a half hour and it looks beautiful! $ 40 dollar price was worth getting done right.
