Enchanted Gowns

Found a dress for my daughter and her friend here. Called on a whim and got an appointment same day, 15 minutes after we called. The girls love their dresses and at a decent price.

We were welcomed with such warm hospitality by Wendy. Service was excellent compared to the bigger well known bridal stores in downtown Sacramento. The individual time spent trying on dresses and alterations after purchasing was excellent. I also had the seamstress create two christening outfits from my 21 year old wedding dress for my grandchildren (1 boy) (1 girl) they both came out beautiful.

To be honest… Terrible selection of dresses! The lady was very nice but her taste seemed a little outdated! She suggested a brooch to some of my friends, we are looking for prom not mother of the bride! Small selection for prom, bridal dresses looked nice though. Also it’s weird that they keep the door locked luckily the lady saw me standing outside on the phone! I had high expectations for this place and I was let down, also it seemed pricey for used dresses. $ 100 to rent and like $ 300 – 400 to buy??? I don’t think so

I was so apprehensive about having to try on wedding dresses. When I went into Enchanted Gowns I was immediately put at ease with Wendy’s warm and welcoming demeanor. I did not have an appointment, however she kindly asked me if I was able to come back in an hour because she was with another client and wanted each bride to have a one-​on-​one experience. I went to have lunch and came back. She asked specific questions about what kind of dresses I liked, color, texture, style, etc. When I tried on the first gown, that was the one! I still tried a few more on and went back to the first one. Throughout the entire process, fittings, bridesmaids dresses, second fittings, etc., she was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Not to mention her prices are reasonable for the quality gown you are getting. I would recommend Enchanted Bridal to everyone I know.
