Nope NOT IMPRESSED. Been a bad experience here. First, don’t care for how this location is managed nor do I care for the folks at their corporate office. Beware of the purposeful hidden cost of their MUST HAVE insurance. It’s just adds even more to your monthly cost! At least another $ 12 bucks higher at minimum to cover a mere $ 2k of loss. Laughable. They don’t tell you this until it’s time to sign their contract… very schiesty and deceptive if you ask me. That is not good business practice. Be up front with your fees! Hard working folks don’t care for that kinda thing… not cool. Prices are whatever here. Of course they pitch that it’s sucha great deal. Not quite. I have had problems from the start. First with the last minute notice I HAD to have insurance and that brings my monthly payment way up, Allison the «manager» is less than professional in more ways than one, they stole money from my checking account for fees WITHOUT my permission NOT COOL at all so beware, getting ahold of upper management is a joke takes up to 2-​days even when money is stolen from your checking account without consent of owner, the upper management is full of bologna excuses for their staff and do not listen rather want to challenge you than make things right. My larger unit is FULL OF SPIDERS. And I mean FULL. No pest control at all because if there was this wouldn’t be a problem. I take stuff home from my unit and I’m taking «guests» back with me in my car. I am so disgusted with this place after my experience between poor management and professionalism to high prices, hidden fees, and the dam bugs. Can’t wait to be done with this place. Don’t waste your time. Oh and the big advertisement out front stating «1mo free» is a JOKE. Yah 1-​mo free for like 1 or 2 itty bitty units in the whole dam place. Apparently the signage is just to lure people in. Don’t think the majority of storage seekers will qualify for an actually unit that is going to be free for one month. That really bugs me.
Also, now that Allison is no longer here (interesting) this new guy is no better in fact is just as bad if not worse. Where the heck do they find these people. This guy will stalk you and I mean stalk you the entire time your are in your unit. He makes rounds on his go-​cart and it’s very intrusive, rude, annoying, disrespectful, and down right ridiculous. He’ll make MANY go-​rounds down the aisle your on and conveniently turn his cart around just as he passes your unit. He just keeps doing this and doing this and doing this all the while pretending he’s actually doing something. Heck of a job to harass the paid public for a service, ride around all day in a cart aimlessly doing nothing, maintain a dirty facility full of bugs and garbage, and get paid. I’m majorly tired that I can’t even be left alone even for 5min to get items from my unit. I seriously loathe coming here. I can’t wait to move my stuff out. I would never recommend it here.
